      On March 7th my money mart account was suddenly locked and did not allow me to gain access to the account. My disability payment had just been deposited two days prior. I was able to withdraw $500 from **** of America. Also I used it on the store. On the 7th we went to the bank and tried to withdraw the remaining of $5000. However the transaction declined. We call the customer service number and they could not gain access either on the account. I was on the phone for more than 3 hours. I was transferred from one person to another. Finally a manager went on the line and some how gained access to the account and told me to do the settings on the phone by downloading the money mart application. I had done it already before and suddenly was deleted two days later. I was told by more than one agent that more customers were calling with the same issue. After the bank declined the transaction we were told by the automated system that two transactions of $400 each were done in my account. The manager on the line told me that the money was withdrawn around 2:am. It is hard to believe someone had access to my account in such a short time and was able to withdraw money from an ATM using a PIN number. I feel that The ********************** company just declined my dispute and did not credited my account. This has to be investigated. I am missing $800 and now I will file another dispute but will take at least *********************************************** the meantime is my only source of income. They are financially institution and should be able to credit the customer in the meantime they investigate.

      I held an installment loan with Money Mart on an 18 month term and was seeking early pay off. The amount shown in the app was $137.40. I received the letter of pay off via email showing my balance was $0.00. I no longer had access to my account. 2 days later, the usual payment was taken. I assumed there was a delay with stopping the *** and hoped to see the funds returned to my account. A few days go by, nothing returned so I call to follow up. They advise that I should have seen my payment schedule showing the payment would come out as per usual. I let them know as soon as this was paid off, there was no access to the account, and the only notice in the email is that if the payment was returned, then regular biweekly payments would resume. I scanned through the website to seek out any information that would support their claim, and only found that they advertise their up to date by the minute app. When I call back in to complain that this is wrong, they continue to claim the payment was scheduled and there is nothing they can do. This feels wrong, they should not have sent an email to confirm the account is paid off without mentioning there may be an additional payment to finalize. Their customer service team also did not follow their own expectations after I asked to speak with a manager they noted it would be 48 hours for someone to reach out - no one ever did, so I called back in.

      I found out through my ******** intuitive account that there was a data breach on my name that I had also received the middle class tax refund the money Mart card and I never did I called tax franchise board and they told me to call the money Mart so I did I called and explained the situation I uploaded some documents and they still are denying my claim I never received this card and I never used it and I just want my middle class tax refund money they have sent me a new card but yet have they resolved it

      In the summer of 2018, I took out an installment loan with Money Mart for $2500. In August of 2018, I went into the store with cash and paid off the loan. I have since thrown the receipt away, that was 5 years ago. My credit score recently started declining and in looking at my credit report, I found a debt in collections for the loan for Money Mart stating that I have not paid it. I just want this resolved. I have been working to improve my credit and this debt that I do not owe is affecting my credit score and I am not willing to pay a loan that I paid in full 5 years ago. I also feel that if I owed any money, I would have been contacted 5 years ago and not now.

      II took a monthly pay day type loan from the Money Mart in Flagstaff AZ and my payment was/is due on 8 March 2023. I always had the option t pay in cash or using a debit card. Today I went by the Flagstaff Branch to pay in cash. There was a sign on the door closed indefinitely. I called the main customer service number asking if where the nearest branch is, approximately 150 miles from my house and I have a meeting in Gallup NM tomorrow. I told them I would not be able to get to a location that was open until Friday and they needed to delay my payment until then.. They said they could not do that and I m unable to put the cash back into my account. the number called was**************. It is their fault that they closed their branch in ********* and they did not notify me.

      I cashed a check from an accident/settlement at store #**** on precisely 02/16/2023 it is now 02/23/2023 and still my funds have not "cleared" in their system. My check was for a high amount and I was charged $2,564.48 but still have not even received my funds. I want a full refund. I am in a financial hardship at the moment.
