The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government’s allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On March 15, 2023, the Wayne County Sheriff's Department announced the arrest of the owner of the company and charged him with one count of Receiving Advance Payment For Services and Fails to Perform and Theft by Deception-False Impression. More specifically, the owner allegedly defrauded a customer out of a total of roughly $7,000.00 and did not do the work he had been contracted and paid for, and never returned to the job site. The preliminary hearing date has been set for April 5, 2023.
