     hired this company to do some work on my house. The work to be completed was new gutters, floor jacks in the basement and a new front window. They completed the gutters and left a huge mess behind. The old gutter clips were all over my yard and deck. they installed the floor jacks and explained that someone would be stopping at the house to adjust them accordingly as things settled. No one ever came back to adjust them. They measured the front window wrong, and the window did not fit. the first people who came to look at the window stated there was nothing they could do to fix it. The next person stated they would replace the window with the correct one. I did not here from the company for over a year. They finally contacted me to replace the window and were unable to because of bees. I never had bees in my house prior to them working on my house. They replaced the window after another 3 months. They never cleaned up after themselves and burned my grass in 4 places when they placed the windows in the grass. I have been trying to negotiate a price with them for 2 months. They have agreed to cut the price by 3000, but only if I pay in full. If I want to make payments they are only willing to cut 1850, and I have to pay the amount in 6 months.

    Olde Glory was hired to replace our roof. They subcontracted *** to bring the roofing materials. When *** brought the materials, they brought a boom truck and left ruts in our paved driveway. We let Olde Glory know and we were to have our driveway fixed with 5 others in the community that it also happened to. Then Covid hit and we had to wait. I then reached out to Olde Glory and they said they thought it was taken care of. Not sure how that would happen when they never called *** to arrange the work. I was then told to call *** myself which is ridiculous because they don't even know me as Olde Glory was the one who hired them. I was told they would take pictures and get back to me. They never did. We have waited long enough. They promised and guaranteed it would be redone and never followed through on their promise.
