    American Leak Detection came to our mobile park to look for a water leak The person that works for them went around the park shutting off water without knocking on my door.shut my water off and in doing so broke 3 panels on the skirting on to access the shut off. I called them numerous times and NEVER call me about this complaint.This happened about 1 month ago.The lady treated me bad on the phone because I complained about what there employee broke. I told I work hard for what I got.she just laughed it off.I tried to find CEO CONTACT NUMBER TO COMPLAIN !!Thier address on the website very ******** does not state thier real address in Lititz Pa.I want compensation for the damaged skirting Approximately ******

    My pool has been leaking so I hired this company to fix the issue. The technician came on site on schedule, stayed for approximately one hour. Then told me that he found the leak and fixed it. However, the problem was still there. Called them and the same technician came back again. That time I wasn't home, so I don't know how long he stayed. But he told me via email saying that he fixed a possible site but again, the problem was still there...water level was down about half an inch a day. I called them today reporting the persistent issue but this time, the lady over the phone got very defensive and told me in an impatient tone that they would charge me additional money before they can return, since they had been here twice even though they didn't know where it is leaking. So, in summary they charged me $575 without addressing anything. I am not sure if anything would change, if I continue to pay them. Very much like a gouging game.
