My AC unit/blower was struck by lightening and 2 parts were needed to be replaced. The tech did a great job. I just need an itemized receipt or invoice to hand into my insurance company. Initially, I told the technician I didnt need a receipt but since I wanted to hand into my insurance was told the parts replaced and the amount needed to be given to them. The tech did write a description for me but I needed the parts and amount on a receipt. Thats all I want, but after 10 calls and 5 or so emails and a bad Yelp review, no one has responded to me. All they have is an answering service. They are costing me $1500 as I paid $2;468 on July 1, 2025 paid on my credit card. I have $1000 deductible. They did send me a receipt stating it was a service call and $0 amount owed. That wont work. All I need is an itemized receipt with the parts and price of them and what I paid on their letterhead.

On the 20th of August JIC tech *** was at my residence and discovered that my water heater was improperly installed by the previous technician. It was installed previously by someone on the *** team named "******". *** expressed that it needed to be fixed as it would continue break the pressure release valve due to the setup (the part he was there to actually fix.) *** also stated that the setup was not to plumbing 'code' , and was considered illegal. I asked *** as he was wrapping up if there was anyway an improper install refund could be discussed and he stated he would pass it along. I have heard nothing in regards to this after having also emailed the email address on my bill statement twice ************************************ (August 26th, and September 6th) and calling the main office number (September 19th, this instance I was assured it would be passed along to the service department.) Following the above actions, I sent a text message to a gentleman named ****** who reached out to me on the 20th of August to schedule my initial visit, I presumed this to be either a lead technician or the owner himself, on the 8th of October stating all of the above and asking for it to be looked into. I was informed that he would look into it for me. I sent a follow up text 3 days later with no reply from ******, and an additional text on the 21st of October with no reply or resolution. My initial wish with requesting the improper install refund was to receive back the portion of the bill that covered correcting the plumbing setup to be too 'code' ($425) however due to the lack of follow up customer service I am seeking the full amount of my bill now ($716).
