All products and services come with manufacturer and service warranties. We offer a 1 year installation service guarantee for all our projects. If the flooring fails because of our workmanship, we will fix it at our cost. If the material fails due to a manufacturer problem while under warranty, the production company will cover the failure.
Barring manufacturer or service errors, all sales are final. Returns while not guaranteed, can be negotiated on a case by case basis.
