I signed up with Winners Circle Training because of false ads and misleading promises. They claimed I could replace my Army income by teleworking and earn $10,000/month within 90 days. This was the core reason I agreed to sign up, which cost $7,000 ******** shown in my Affirm loan records:I made a $2,200 down payment out of pocket.Affirm financed $4,800 at *****% APR.With interest, I am forced to repay $7,180, nearly $3,000 more than the financed amount. However, the Winners Circle training was not legitimate. Instead of real sales, marketing, or telework development, it consisted of:Manifestation exercises Filming myself talking about where I want to be in life A challenge to knock on 100 doors in 30 days This has nothing to do with professional telework training or developing competitive skills. The content was misleading, unprofessional, and far from what was *********** make matters worse, Winners Circle moved from their training site to an app called Skool. Soon after, they removed me from their group entirely, cutting me off from all resources. I am left paying for something I no longer even have access to with no training, no support, and no value in ********* summary, Winners Circle Training:Misrepresented their program with false income promises.Charged thousands for content that was not real training.Left me with a high-interest Affirm loan totaling $7,180.Took my $2,200 down payment and removed me from Skool, leaving me with nothing. This situation is fraudulent and financially damaging. I am requesting that this loan be reconsidered and that I not be held responsible for payments on a product that failed to deliver and was taken away.I am requesting a full refund of my down payment and cancellation of the Affirm loan. I also ask BBB to investigate Winners Circle Trainings deceptive business practices.

    Ive attached three screenshots showing:
Exhibit A: Skool home screen with Winners Circle Training notifications on my account (Additional proof I was enrolled).
Exhibit B: The notifications feed from Winners Circles Skool group.
Exhibit C: Current lockout/paywallIm removed from the group and the page now shows Join $397/month, even though I already paid a one-time $7,000 fee (with $2,200 down and the rest financed).

This confirms Winners Circle removed my access after payment and changed terms to a monthly fee while Im still obligated on financing. Please add this evidence to my case and proceed with my requested remedy (full refund and cancellation of the related Affirm loan ANSY-D1B1).

    Hi ****-***!

Thank you for this message! Unfortunately, all of your past emails were going to the spam folder, so this is the first notice we received of this issue.

There must be a misunderstanding because we reached out to Kahalid to provide support over a year ago, and we didn't receive a response. Our last correspondence with ******* was to set up a coaching call to help with challenges he was dealing with at the time but ******* no-showed the appointment and never responded to any future attempts when we reached out to help him while going through the program. (See attached screenshot of no show and texts)

Also, the client still has access to the training material they purchased, so if they're unable to access, there must be a problem with the software or their missing directions on how to log in.

We will reach out to the client today to give instructions on how to login, and support as much as we can now if they have any questions or frustrations about their experience with the coaching last year.

Please let me know if there is anything else you need from us, Thank you!

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]

     Complaint: 23905811

I am rejecting this response because: I respectfully disagree with Winners Circle Trainings response and would like to clarify several inaccuracies with supporting evidence.

First, the companys claim that they reached out over a year ago and that I never responded is misleading. The attached screenshot of our actual messages shows that I did respond, confirmed availability, and communicated about my work schedule. This directly disproves their statement that I ignored them.

Second, their claim that I still have access to training materials is completely false. I was removed from their *********** after paying in full, and when I attempt to access it, I am shown a Join $397/month page. I already paid thousands, so this proves I was locked out and not given what I paid for.

Third, the company stated they provide regular support and coaching updates, yet my Skool notifications clearly show the last post or activity from Winners Circle was in January nearly a year ago. That directly contradicts their claim of consistent communication or coaching follow-up.

Additionally, the program itself was not what was advertised. It was marketed as a remote income opportunity claiming participants could earn up to $10,000 a month working from home. In reality, it consisted only of manifestation exercises, motivational talk, and unrelated tasks not actual training in marketing, sales, or remote work.

Lastly, I remain obligated to repay an Affirm loan exceeding $7,000 for a program that failed to deliver on its promises and that I can no longer access.

This is not a misunderstanding or software issue its a matter of misrepresentation and removal after payment. I am again requesting a full refund and cancellation of the Affirm loan associated with this program.

    Regards,

    ******* *******

Thanks for the update! ******* is now communicating with us again, so I will correspond with him directly to do our best to resolve his concerns. Based on his response, It seems there are still some big misunderstandings so I hope to clarify and understand further.

We reached out to the customer directly on Oct 21st in good faith to attempt resolution. The consumer declined to discuss the matter further and stated they wish to continue through the BBB process. We remain open to reasonable resolution but have no further updates at this time.

     Complaint: 23905811

I am rejecting this response because:

I was reached out to on the 22nd of October not the 21st of October.

While I appreciate the businesss continued communication, there has still been no resolution to the issue I originally filed. While Winners Circle claims they attempted resolution in good faith, nothing has changed regarding my situation or the refund I have repeatedly requested.

    To clarify:
I was removed from the Winners Circle Skool program despite paying in full.
I was promised legitimate telework and sales training that was never delivered.I am still being held financially responsible for an Affirm loan of over $7,000 for a product and service I did not receive. The company has only responded with general statements, not a clear plan for reimbursement or accountability for misrepresentation.

At this point, I have been patient and transparent. However, there has been no meaningful action or refund, and no acknowledgment of the core issue that I was sold a misrepresented program, denied access, and left paying for something I cannot use and do not want to use. Until the business provides a full refund or a concrete resolution addressing these facts, I cannot accept their response as satisfactory.

    Regards,

    ******* *******

After a thorough internal review of this matter, Winners Circle Training has determined that the client is not eligible for a refund. Below is a summary of our findings and clarifications regarding the claims presented in the complaint:

    1. Alleged False or *******************************start="601" data-end="604"> Winners Circle Training makes no income guarantees of any kind. All marketing materials and enrollment agreements clearly state that results vary based on the participants own effort, performance, and implementation of the curriculum and coaching. ****************************************************

    2. Product Not as Described / Training ****************start="1055" data-end="1058"> Our records indicate that the client completed less than 28% of the training curriculum and did not finish the required exercises or milestones that lead to mentorship placement or earning opportunities. Multiple coaching sessions were either missed or canceled, and the client became unresponsive to communication from our coaching and support staff.
The program delivered included structured video training, exercises, and access to group mentorship consistent with the offer presented at purchase.

    3. Access to the Skool Platform / Training *************start="1626" data-end="1629">When the client expressed concerns about platform access, our team reached out in good faith to restore any missing access or provide an alternative solution. The client declined to accept restored access to the training.
Our platform migration to Skool was communicated to all members, and continued access was available to those who maintained active participation and communication.

    4. Support and **********************start="2141" data-end="2144"> Our logs show consistent outreach from our team throughout the clients enrollment period, including follow-ups offering assistance with training progress and scheduling. The claim that there was no communication or support is inconsistent with our documented records. Additionally, there were multiple documented attempts to support the client to which they were unresponsive.

    5. Refund and ***********************************start="2487" data-end="2490"> As stated in the signed agreement and our refund policy, participation fees and financing obligations are non-refundable once training access has been granted and materials delivered. Affirm loans are independent financial agreements between the customer and ************, and the client is responsible for fulfilling any obligations they have with third-party lenders.

    Conclusion
While we understand the clients frustration, Winners Circle Training has fulfilled its contractual obligations outlined at enrollment.
For these reasons, this client is not eligible for a refund, and this matter is considered resolved from our end.
We remain committed to delivering value and transparent communication to all participants who engage with our training in good faith.

I have enrolled in Winners Circle Training since December in 2022. I paid about 5-6 thousand dollars for it. I am unhappy with the course as the content is unsatisfying and I have not received a job from them. I have been connected with jobs but all of them require me being full time which I cannot do. I was promised over the phone and through advertising that I would get one and was the main appeal for me to join in the first place. I have yet to get one and I have tried over and over with them and yet I keep being put with full time jobs. I tried many times to get a refund but I am unable to even though a money back guarantee was promised.

We do not agree with the events and timeline of things alleged to have taken place and the merit to them. Including but not limited to the fact that the client's request was outside of the scope of the terms of the guarantee which are explicitly stated in the Agreement. Further more our current Agreement which was signed by the client at the time of transaction, states that the program and training are "as is" and does not include recourse for use or satisfaction.

However, we have been in communication with the client, and both parties have agreed to the resolution of issuing an applicable refund and parting ways amicably.

Sales rep: ********************* Circle Training (WCT) perfectly suits my goals", outlined clearly: supplemental income (1-2k/mo + FT job (not leaving) salary. Explicitly stated professional history/skillsets from clinical med work + current job in optics/retail, leadership; physical limitations from recent surgery (part of poor finances). All skills relayed = primary focus in 4 of 7 training ******************* of WCT (20 modules, worksheets/action items). WCT does not abide by business ethics they teach, i.e. emphasis on ethics, selling invaluable assets aligning with goals/needs of client. My rep ******** have recommended WCT for me. I learned next to nothing. Recent worksheet confirmed WCTs goals truly cater to those w/ intention to transform their lives, leave jobs, or turn PT work (me) into a FT job + new lifestyle. Hard to complete quizzes/work, very inapplicable to me. WCT made 30-day money-back guarantee impossible time delay beyond the 30 days = result from failure to provide modified/replacement exercise to accommodate recent surgery. 30 days, gone. Also told that if not a good fit, they would support and work with me on the financial end, as they only wanted my success. Rep advised I would pay back program cost within several months easily...an impossible task! I requested a refund for future payments only, citing examples for why WCT is not an invaluable asset to me, all reasons discussed in consult (which was recorded/reviewed when discussing my refund...Requested copy and speak to management. Implied it wouldn't matter. The request was denied. No consideration for misrepresenting my optimal success in WCT . No empathy for imposed time delay/inability for 30 day refund due to their lack of prep. WCT is willing to put a financially unstable, physically limited woman w/ 190k med school debt into more debt. Complaint filed last year overlapped with my experience. Wish I had documents/recordings to upload that they possess... Overall, completely misled.

After receiving your message, the company (WCT) reached out to me and is willing to refund me the balance for the remainder of the course. Because they reached out to me and offered the refund kindly, I would like to redact my complaint I filed (have it marked as resolved?). What is the procedure for redacting my complaint? How soon will it be removed from the BBB webpage?

Thank you so much for your help. I really appreciate it.

We strongly disagree with the events and timeline of things alleged to have taken place and the merit to them. Including but not limited to the fact that our current Agreement makes no mention of a 30 day money back guarantee, which was signed by the client at the time of transaction. It is important to note that the requested refund was still pending management review when this complaint was received. We have since communicated with the client, and both parties have agreed to the resolution of issuing a refund and parting ways amicably.

Hello, my name is ******* and I am currently involved in a credit card dispute with Winner'c Circle Training. Winner's Circle Training Offers an online course in personal finance, priced at $6,800. I was told over the phone that there is a money-back guarantee prior to making the purchase. The merchant possesses an audio recording of this phone call. After expressing dissatisfaction with the course, I requested a refund but was denied and told that there actually was not a money-back guarantee, and I would not be receiving a refund. I believe I am a victim of consumer fraud via false advertising. I have already filed a dispute with the credit card company but they deemed the transaction valid because the merchant did not present this audio recording, and they have refused to share it with me directly. What I would like from the BBB is either a full refund from the merchant or the audio recording of the phone call so that I can continue the dispute with the credit card company.
