My daughter bought a used 2016 Chevy Cruze from Just Cruisin in Limerick, PA in October 2021. In just a couple days she started having many problems with this car. Between October 2021 and March 2022 she had to take this car to the seller for service on six occasions. In June 2022 we discovered extensive evidence that this car was in a serious accident before our purchase and that the front bumper was fastened onto the frame by drywall screws and covered in paste-like adhesive. The entire frame was bent making this car unsafe to drive. We are sure this dealer was aware of this at some point because of the many times it was returned for various problems (engine overheating, defective engine thermometer, leaking coolant tuber to name a few) between October 2021 and March 2022. All these times of service and an inspection at Just Cruisin, the bent engine frame was never disclosed to us. We reached out several times and ways to have this resolved - this purchase price was over $12,600.00 and the owner, William Z********, did nothing for us. We incurred over $4,000.00 in repair to get this car back on the road so it could be sold. We wanted nothing to do with this car anymore when we learned of the bent frame and prior damage. Just Cruisin did nothing for us and we believe we should have been able to trade to another vehicle since we had nothing but trouble since we purchased it or be reimbursed for the repair. We were more than willing to work with this dealership in some way - trade-in, repair reimbursement, etc., they would not ever discuss these possibilities. He had always mentioned the possibility of taking back this car at the beginning of the trouble but never discussed it when we learned of the bent frame that would cost us so much to be able to drive it again.
