On February 3rd in the afternoon my two children and I were at the mall at Robinson where James vending has a location. They provide a service with self check out. I visited this location as I wanted to buy a pack of pop rocks for my 10-year-old. I got my product I went to the self-serve kiosk to check out and used cash. The pop rocks were a dollar in some change and I used a $10 bill in the machine. I received my change back, but not my cash when I was finished paying. I checked the machine and all I saw was an email address to contact. I went downstairs to all security and asked a gentleman on duty what I needed to do or if there was a phone number to contact someone at James vending for a refund and they said my best course of option was to email. I believe this happened to another customer as well so the machine was not giving back change for cash spent at least for me and one other individual. I sent an email to James vending on February 3 right after the incident and I have yet to receive a response back from anyone regarding my refund. If this happened to me and other individuals, this is theft. I was entitled to eight dollars back in cash and I only received maybe $.45 in change. I do not believe I have a receipt because the machine did not give me a receipt as well however the machine did take video of the time I was there with my children so this entire exchange is all on camera.

****** ***** was contacted by email several times and no response was received. After receiving this letter, I then had her cell phone number so I called her. When I told her that she was emailed she said "Yeah, I was too busy working to respond. Please mail me a check".  A check is being sent for the $8 today.
