    I needed to have a suspicious skin lesion checked for melanoma, and i have "biopsy fatigue" after having 30 or so lesions cut off me over the years (all negative). A couple years ago I found a local dermatologist that introduced me to "Dermtech", a non invasive (no cutting) dna test for melanoma in skin lesions. Alas, he left the city and the practice told me that Dermtech was no longer in business. They certainly are very much still in business, and after speaking with them they directed me to dermatologistoncall. I sent high res ****** of the suspicious lesion, and Dr. * agreed that further testing was warranted. They set me up to receive a Dermtech test (arrived in 2 days), I then had a zoom call with their staff to oversee that the test was properly administered. I sent it back on Tuesday morning, and Friday morning Dr. * had left me a message with the results (negative, yeah!!). I would use them again without hesitation. And ***, the local dermatologist wouldn't schedule me before 4 months - for suspected skin cancer that moves fast!!

    Predatory service. Doctor gave me incorrect prescription, they would work with me to correct the prescription nor refund me for poor experience. If you value your hard earned money stay away, they dont even have a staffed customer service line.

    Patient presented with 2 issues...sun spots and skin texture. The treatment plan addressed the sun spots and sent in a prescription for that. Patient reached out to indicate that he was interested in trying ********* for the skin texture. That prescription was sent in as well. So two conditions were addressed for this visit. We can only address one condition at a time on our platform, but the provider went above and beyond and addressed both with a recommendation for in person microneedling if he wanted...we obviously can not do microneedling through telemedicine. We do not have a live customer support line, however all voicemails left create a customer support ticket immediately. We responded by email within 30 minutes. Many times when we call out to a patient, they do not pick up their phone since the number is not recognized.

    This was amazing! I uploaded pictures of my Acne and the doctor reviewed it and contacted me in less than an hour! ************************************* you are awesome! I got my treatment plan in under 24 hours! 100/100 recommend

    Hard to communicate Wanted rx for rash and they prescribed something I can't take I contacted them and they wouldn't change it unless I paid for another consultation BEWARE
