    My fianc ****** ****** (who is also named on our *************** policy) got into an accident while driving our Calypso Red 2020 ************************ on 2/24/25 and decided to utilize Brothers Automotive and Collision **** for repairs as he always does (I have absolutely no relationship outside of my fianc with them). Even though they received the car on 2/24/25, the shop waited until around 3/18 to attempt to fit the rear bumper and requested yet another extension. They received another bumper, but on the afternoon of 2/24/25, the bumper had yet to be painted even though the car has a premium triple coat paint job that would require multiple days to dry correctly (Shop footage will verify my claims and that both my fianc and I were there that day). Due to a brief separation with my fianc, I personally picked the car up on 3/25/25. I was told it wouldn't be done until after closing (6pm), so of course it was dark outside. Once I got there, one of the owners whos done business with my fianc at least a dozen times (*******/Mukhi/****), walked up to the drivers side of my black jeep compass and tried to intimidate who he thought was me in regards to how he didn't appreciate me taking Mr. ******* car from him and how he hoped I liked the work done on the car because I was getting it back as is and that I wasn't allowed to bring it back!. I can get a sworn statement from her if needed! I started contacting the shop immediately upon noticing the inconsistencies, which was as soon as I seen the car and the light and so did my fianc. The rear bumper doesnt fit properly, its chipped paint is 3+ shades darker than the rest of the car, and theres noticeable new scratches! I want the car restored to it's pre-accident condition by Mr. **** but they will have to deal with Mr. ****** (because I dont trust them and as a female, dont want to deal with them due to the owners inappropriate behavior) or they can pay another shop of my choice to fulfill their duties.

    (****** ******) attempted to pick up the vehicle that was not registered to his name and without authorization of the registered owner (****** ********). (****** ******) and the complaintant (****** ********) have a PPF order against each other. The Owner (****** ********) requested to not release the vehicle to the fiance (****** ******). The vehicle left the facility in top notch condition bumper fitment was perfect at the time and the complaintant (****** ********) had no complaints and was happy to recieve her vehicle back. The shop will not deal with (****** ******) due to his attempt to extort the business and it's employees. We are more than happy to help the owner of the vehicle (****** ********) if she has any additional questions. Once (****** ******) had possesion of the vehicle from his ex-fiance (****** ********) we can't take any responsibility for what happened in between exchange or while the vehicle was in the possesion of (****** ******).

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The respondent, ******* "Mukhi" ***** (****) attempted to release the car to ****** ****** underhanded. He tried to stall me out, he requested info that he already possessed proving my ownership of the vehicle. "****" did not seem to have an issue with communicating with ****** ****** when he was facilitating information and attempting to release my car to him. I drove to the shop to bring the requested paperwork and both ****** and ****** was in the ****** red F-150 pick up truck. Discussing how he was going to release the car to ******. He also sent ****** the copy of the paperwork I brought to the shop per his request (See attachment). This was a clear violation of my privacy and business ethics, if he truly feels the way he does. The color of the bumper and the rest of the vehicle are not a match! We can compare the pictures I have of the vehicle to the pictures they take before and after the work was completed. There are no differences in the pictures. Therefore Brothers Automotive is lying and must fulfill their duties, as they was paid by Geico to do. I want my vehicle correctly fixed or I will like my money back. As far as the outlandish claims of ****** extorting the company, that is a big accusation to make on someone without any proof and Is defamation of character and slander. Which they have posted on a public forum (on the BBB site). All accusations I have made, I have offered solid proof.

    ****** ******** picked up vehicle on 3/25/25 from the shop. She did not have any problems with the vehicle or the work completed. ****** ******** was very concerned about her ex-boyfriend (***** *******)  removing the vehicle from our shop illegally. We asured her that only the owner can pick up the car. ***** ******* was not the owner of the car at that moment. ***** ******* picked up the vehicle from ****** ******** after it was picked up by the rightful owner(****** ********). We will not provide any service or info to ***** *******. We are happy to help ****** ******** if she has anymore questions. She can reach our office. It seems like ***** ******* is the indivdual that has a complaint, not ****** ********. ***** ******* needs to deal with ****** ******** because he recieved the vehicle from her.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Brothers Automotive knows that they did a poor/crappy job on the car because they never did any business with me and they know that I dont know much about cars. Every time there was any problems with the car ****** was the person they spoke to. If you were to check their records, they even gave ****** a shop rental before because they held the ****** longer than the insurance company permitted! You can clearly see that the rear bumper and the rest of the car are two (2) different colors and I would LOVE for the shop to prove that the car or their work was tampered with after the fact! ******, nor myself have the know how to remove a bumper and repaint it, plus neither of us can make a bumper NOT fit that rightfully does. The shop keeps speaking on how I felt when I picked up the car, when clearly it was night time and I felt like I NOT wanted there. Brothers Automotive has shop and outside cameras, so they have the video of everything I said happed, plus you will see I never got to inspect the car (even though it would have done no good at that time of night). I want to be made whole or this will have to go to court!
