    I have several pre order shirts I have paid for and waited well over a year now, the owner kept re assuring me the job will still get finished just that it is taking longer to get the materials in and finish the shirts because there is only of two of them. Now they have stopped replying back to my emails and social media accounts for the company have disappeared. I have already paid for these items and either would like them to be finished or my money back.

    I have been buying shirts from this company for years. I have never had an issue with getting them. Yes they were always on the slow side but I always received what I paid for. I have 7 outstanding orders totaling almost ******. I just want my money back at this point. They were not answering calls or emails. Now they are completely off of social media. I have a picture of all of my unfulfilled orders if that is needed.

    I have been buying shirts from *** for many years. When I first started, it would take them 4-6 weeks to get the shirt out, and over the years, that window grew. I currently have orders with them that are almost 2 years old. They constantly say they are like 2 or 3 guys making these shirts. So I get it taking a little while to get them made. But if they are that far behind, I don't understand why they would continue to put out 'pre-sales' of new shirts. But they would, and I would like the shirt, so I'd buy it, thinking it would eventually get to me. Well I currently have probably 10 outstanding orders I've placed over the last 2 years totaling about $530. I have sent multiple 'status update' emails to them, but they have always had an auto-reply email that goes out saying if you have questions about your order status, to go to their website and look at the production schedule spreadsheet they had up. But it was rarely updated. They were posting a picture on their ******** page each week giving an update on what they were printing/shipping. That stopped probably 3-6 months ago. I sent an email to them about 1.5 months ago and the auto-reply was changed to a message about a death in the family and they would get back to answering emails the next week. I sent them another email today, forwarding the previous one along with it, and I immediately get a postmaster undeliverable message back. I try to go to their website and it says this site can't be reached. Can't get to their ******** or Instagram pages. I tried calling the phone number listed here, busy signal or immediate hang up. I still have all the order confirmation emails that were originally sent when orders were placed. I would like a refund of all the money I have already paid them for orders that they have no intention of fulfilling.

    Placed this order ****** and waited when I would reach out they would say the order was still being printed and that I would receive it. Then recently I was notified by someone i know that they shut down their website. I never received my items I want my money back.

    I placed several orders for tshirts amounting to $1300 a year has passed and they have not delivered nor answered my calls or emails

    I purchased 3 shirts from them as part of their May the Fourth deals on May 4th, 2023. I have not recevied their shirts after almost 2 years. I didn't file a claim in the year because I've been communicating with them until the last few months. They were talking about delays, etc but they would constantly advertise new shirts every week. I have given up on getting my shirts as they have a canned "death in the family" response and their social media and website have shutdown. I'm not unsympathetic, but a business is a business, at least give me my money back. They are setting future veteran owned businesses up for failure as this is giving them a bad name. I read the reviews and I concur with them on this one. Their business practices are less than stellar and I really like their shirts, I ordered from them prior but never again.

    I had pre ordered 2 shirts in July ***** and was told they would be sent out soon. I think total was 45$ i had until late August and was they were waiting to send everything out at the same time , then I saw there had a shipping label created and inquired about the items I got a return email stating there was a death in the family. I waited 3 more weeks and same response. Now there is no way to contact them the website, email, and phone have been disconnected. They have kept my money and not sent any information or products at this time. Either I get my shirts or my money back. One or the other.

    I have several paid for items but we're unfulfilled. I have several hundred dollars I'd like to have refunded. There is no way of contacting them anymore. So unfortunately I cannot give an exact amount of money I have paid and not received any merchandise.

    I've ordered multiple shirts from them at 1 single time and they refuse to. Send me my shirts or give me my money back
