    I hired *** Locker and his grandson to replace my existing deck. I trusted them. I was wrong.*** Locker did not give me a copy of the contract I signed although he claims he did. He did such a horrid job I withheld the last payment until he repaired what he had ripped up or failed to do properly. Please see the pictures attached and judge for yourself.This man decided to sue me in small claims court. The judge refused to hear my side of the matter and gave the judgement to this despicable so-called contractor. I decided to appeal the matter after speaking with other individuals. Again, this horrid 'contractor' has filed against me.Would you pay for a job that produced by the photos in this picture? I think not,Locker goes under various company names, most likely to disguise himself. Those names are:*Ted Locker Construction * Repairs and Renovations *** Locker and ***** ******* * *** Locker Repairs I want the Better Business Bureau to post the images I have supplied to warn the general public of what to expect when they hire *** Locker and ***** *******.

    THERE WAS AN AGREEMENET SHE PAID 2/3 AND WITHHELD LAST PAYMENT  SEE COPY.WHEN THE *** WAS COMPLETE  THE BUILDING INSPECTER WAS INVOLVED THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS.THE JUDGE DID LISTEN TO HER  AND FOUND IN MY FAVOR SHE WAS INSTRUCTED TO PAY THE BALANCE THEJUDGE ASKED IF I WOULD BE WILLING TO DO A FEW COSMETIC THINGS AND I AGREED WITH THE JUDGE AND HER ***** SHE DIDN'T LIKE HER ORGINAL RAILING BECAUSE IT ROTTED. SHE AGREED TO THE THE DESIGN SHE HAS SO LEAVES WOULDN'T GET CAUGHT AND THE **** HOLD MOISTURE AND ROT .THE METAL SHIMS I WAS GOING TO TRIM OUT THE BASE THIS WAS PART OF THE COSMETIC I AGREED TO.THE WALL IS A RESULT OF THE INSTALL OF THE ORIGINAL **** AND HAS NO SIDING BEHIND IT THIS WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE QUOTE FOR HER  I AGREED TO CAP IT OR ADD A NEW BOARD WITH HER ATTORNEY. WE HAD EVERYTHING IN PLACE TO MOVE FORWARD BUT SHE DECIDED TO FILE AN APPEAL. THIS IS WHERE WE ARE IN THE PROCESS.I'VE BEEN WORKING WITH HER ATTORNEY TO RESOLVE 2 PROBLEMS BASE TRIM AND CEMENT BOARD  NOT WHIY IT HAS COME TO THIS.
