    Mike P***** Langhorne dealership replaced my car's rear brakes in April' 24. Today a different auto service while inspecting my car sent me the following: " Someone did brakes not long ago but the drivers rear caliper is frozen and wearing the pads out. The rotor has been overheated as well". I have to replace my brakes again having to pay a large bill. On the phone Mike P*****'s service director was utterly rude, aggressive and unprofessional. He was talking over me and the representative from the other car service. He did not even allow us to voice our concerns just hanging up on us. Think twice before you turn to Mike P***** for car repairs.

    Great experience, highly recommend!
    I bought a new Honda CRV, I have been putting off buying a new car for awhile because I dread the experience of being in a dealership, listening to the all the BS then still feeling like I got ripped off anyway. Honda in Langhorne gave me a new perspective of buying a car that I desperately needed. The numbers they gave me were the numbers I paid, no hidden fees, and no low inventory upcharges, NOTHING unexpected! There was no hassle or pressure. There are 4 Honda dealerships closer to me, but I am happy I took the trip to Langhorne. Special thanks to Lou and both Mikes!

    Worst experience ever! Would never recommend this place to anyone. I would give it 0 stars, if that was an option. I used to think this was a good dealership until today. This place lies about the services, that people get. The staff was very unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. I had a coupon from them for any services and/or repairs for over $200 and I needed work for my tires. They told me they would not offer me any services because I didn’t buy tires from them and refused all services altogether and refused my coupon. I took a half-day off work to have this service completed and wasted it on this nonsense.

    One of staffers even had the audacity to tell me that "So you tried to get two discounts, by buying tires online with a lower price/discount and are trying to get a discount to use the coupon from the dealership and that the dealership won’t get any profit for services." This dealership cares more about profiting off customers than actually being helpful.

    Never coming back again and I am going to tell all my friends to never come here.

    I would have not selected a star, but had no choice. No stars. I went with my son to purchase a car the day after Thanksgiving. We were informed he would need a co-signer. I signed what I thought was co-signer paperwork because that is what we were told. I received a letter from the finance company addressed to me, my son’s name was not on the paperwork. I contacted the lender and was informed my son was not listed as the buyer or co-buyer. I contacted Honda and was told by the sales manager, it was in our best interest to have the loan in my name. I have purchased 4 now 5 cars from this dealership and am so disappointed in their tactics. I feel we were misled and misinformed. I don’t plan to ever do business with this dealer again. I wanted to file this complaint to warn others to be careful of what you’re being told and what you are signing. Obviously all bets are off when it comes to a sale. No ethics. Beware of the scam.

    After taking my car after 3 times to get an issue resolved Mike P***** was going to give me a loaner car. Spoke to Bonnie at Mike P***** the day before and she told me that she will be at work at 7:15AM on the dot. Bonnie was the only person that could get me a loaner car
    I arrive at 7:30AM and there was not Bonnie....I asked if someone could help me or call Bonnie. No one else could help me...I waited to 7:50 before Bonnie walked in with a Wawa bag of food and a cup on coffee. She said had a meeting with her manager.....Really she made a Wawa run. I told I was late to my dad's place in Doylestown. When I arrived at my dad's place, my dad was on the floor and I had to call 911. The ENTs were concerned that he had a stroke. When I was at Doylestown Hospital, I called Mike P***** and told the Director my 91 year old dad is at the ER and when someone has a stroke, every second counts. My opinion, Bonnie should be fired

    I can't even give them one star! I have been a loyal customer for many, many years. The past 2 times I have brought my Honda in for service. I received feedback that my car needed immediate attention on several items. I deferred service and took it to a reputable service station and they came back and said both times that none of those items needed attention. The total amount of that service would have been $1,900. We called the service department and explained the situation and the person said "If you're not happy, don't bring your car back here". What customer service....Unbelievable! You have definitely lost my business!
