I requested a refund of $22.42 at Nov 13, 2021. The customer support of "********************" told me that the refund was approved and sent to the billing department at Nov 13. I was told to wait for 7 to 10 business days for the refund. At Dec 1st, 2021, I still did not see refund. I contacted the customer support. The support sent an inquiry to the billing department, and asked me to wait for 1-2 days.At Dec 3rd, I contacted customer support, still no response from billing department. Customer support sent out another inquiry. They told me that there is no particular time frame on how long billing department may respond.I asked customer supports whether they can just call the billing department. They said they can't.Besides asking me to wait and keep sending inquiries, customer supports can not do anything else to get the issue resolved.This is going no where. Please help me to get my money back."Psychic source" needs my email: ******************** to find my account info.Customer response
