    I purchased a new vehicle from them in June 2022. I opted for the $3000 ****** Protection. I informed them I lost the vehicle in the Fort Myers Ian Storm on 27 September and wanted to cancel and recover my $3000 ****** Protection. I was informed by ***** **** ###-###-####, to send him the total lost paperwork from my insurance and he would send up to have refund sent to me. I called again on November 30, 2022 and was provided no update information. I reached out to *** **** once again in in January 2023 and he said a check was sent on 14 December 2022. I did not received the check. I called *** **** again on 3 March 2023 and *** **** informed me he saw the check on his computer and it was in the financial summary but could not at that time, tell me if or when it was sent or the amount, only the date and that it was to my name. He said he would look into it and get right back to me. It’s been 11 days. (On top of 3 months when the check was supposed to have been written). I’ve been a loyal Kia owner for over 20 years, and this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had from a dealer. Aside from my personal grief of having lost a brand new car in a storm, I feel at a loss with how I’m being ignored and lied to concerning money/refund that is owed to me. Please help.

    Service did not perform work I ordered (oil change and rotate tires). Insisted they did when I confronted them. They made no effort to correct situation or refund amount paid. I will never take my car there again nor purchase from them.

    All services were performed as requested. I would be happy to discuss this with the customer. The customer got a $100 oil change for $45.

    Tires were not rotated period. Right rear rim was damaged, still is. Service record shows no oil or filter used during visit. I have nothing to show an oil change was actually performed. Such my warranty may be void. Your replies are not trustworthy.
