    I was paying a ***** dollar deposit to have A person name ******* ***** who live in ************. For a ******* video collaboration. The original price was ***** she was going to bill me. I backed out. This seemed like a scam to me due to asking me to pay through *****. The Name money Zelled to that ******* ***** date of birth ********** gave was [email protected]. I believe that company is based out of ***********, *******. Hides there address. I would just like half of my money back. Touch money for me to loose out on. I called ******* ***** numerous times. There is no contract, or agreement we made to specify no refunds. Only text messages.

    Also, the date the transaction started through Zelle was on 09/24/24 with ****** ***** at phone number ************. It was handled through texting on this line. The deal was to start ***** dollars to Her for flight to ******* IL. I did. The next, day on 09/25/2024, I sent another ***** for her hotel, or place she can stay. On the 09/26/2024, I sent ***** dollars as a agreement ***** dollars for a ******* interview with her. I thought it was too much money, and I wanted ***** dollars back for canceling this agreement.  I reached out to ****** ***** to reimburse me ***** dollars back, and she can keep ***** dollars for her time. She told me no refunds, through text, and at this point I feel I got cheated out of my ***** dollars when she has ***** dollars to keep.

    Hey,

    The complaintant was informed that there would not be any refunds once the deposit was sent. On my ad it states that deposits are non refundable. I also have text messages stating this. The complainant also waited until after the deadline to cancel until all flight and stay accommodation purchases had passed which means there is no money to send back even if I wanted to. That is what the deposit is used for. He was upset that I posted I would be in ******* to generate other work and only wanted to work with me himself.

    The return policy, nor forfeit of full deposit was never explained to the day I asked for money back from ****** ***** who represents [email protected] 

    This is very inconsequential. The, nor ****** ***** have no professionalism. I am only asking for ***** dollars back, I told her ****** *****,  and [email protected]

    They can keep ***** dollars is more than enough for a round trip flight. The ****** was only 600 dollars total, and I am sure they got some money back from that, because you have return policies with flights. And ******. These people want to keep all my money in a course of sending them Zelle payments between September 24, and September 26. That. That is almost a month away from ****** ***** coming to ******* IL, which would have been October's 21st. I can't loose all my money. That was more than enough time to cancel. They can keep 2000 dollars, but I want ***** dollars back.

    Good morning. I have provided all information needed. I understand Better Business Bureau is not an enforcement agency, and there seems to be no repercussions for ****** *****, nor [email protected]

    At this point, if I can't get a meager ***** dollars back. Let these loosers who are ****** *****, and [email protected] 

    They seem to be in a need for the money, more than I do.
