    Douglas Tree service was hired by my neighbor to cut down his dead tree. Douglas tree service dropped the tree into our yard and it landed on our wash line. The event damaged the posts and they are now bent inward. I have reached out to them at least 5 times by phone, leaving a message, and they will not return my call. The one time they answered, they immediately hung up when they heard it was me. I have also tried to contact them through their website. My neighbor hasn't been able to get a return call either.All I am seeking is for them to repair the posts they damaged.
