      This deplorable operation has many issues. Knowingly and willingly on a recorded line, rent a unit subject to flooding. Thier negligence has cost me over $5000 and nearly my job. I have on over a dozen occasions been unable to access my paid storage unit. Repeated remote lock outs of not my fault prohibiting me to get my goods. Staff being unavailable after hours to assist and often waiting many days to have access to my unit. After a wide array of issues being able to access the unit I attempted to rectify with the business . They would offer no bill credit for the time labor and health issues caused. The president *** is argumentative rude and a liar. He claims things did not occur even tho there are police reports and video footage. After months of turmoil from this shady operation, I finally disputed the days unused on my credit card. Many many months later, without even attempting to contact me to collect , they opted to divulge my personal info to a collections agency . This agency began to threaten to attempt to collect $754. They are giving false information, they do not have the right to submit to credit or have my info. Per ******* in house she first said "she is just doing what she was told" and then flipped to "I don't know I have nothing to do with it". The creature who calls himself *** , claims to have no idea about it yet he's the slime that was told to do it. I want them to leave me alone. Forever. Stop sending fake collections. I also want them to stop paying ppl for fake ****** reviews. Many consumers over thier short years open have left honest reviews how horrible they are, yet they now pay ppl a months rent for review. Shady and dirty.
