- Additional Info:Going Platinum incorporated in Delaware in May 2000 and reportedly formed another corporation as Platinum Access, Inc. in March 2002, however the charter was suspended for non-payment of franchise taxes (Delaware) in March 2003. Going Platinum, Inc. name was registered with the Pennsylvania Secretary of State on May 8, 2000, as required. According to information provided by the company, actual operations of the Internet were scheduled for May 1, 2001. On July 5, 2001 the Bureau staff confirmed that the company moved to the Greenfield Corporate Center in early June and commenced the initial launch of their ISP services. In April 2002, the company returned to the Butler Street location. Different classes of membership are being offered. A regular membership providing free Internet access, which includes a commission to the member and an Affiliate Program with enhanced features that includes additional commissions for bringing new members to the ISP community, as a multi level marketing program. The company states that they have a stringent anti-spam enforcement policy.
