Aspen Home Improvement contracted with us to install a new storm door on 3/18/23, for a price of $2,500. The salesman represented this to be a custom made, top of the line Provia Deluxe storm door. It was represented to be a security door with special glass that would not permit heat to transfer through the glass. We verified these features with the staff several times. There were several delays and the door was finally installed 7/11/23. With each delay the company would try to appease us by sending some Dunkin donuts, and a cup of coffee and cup of tea. The door quality is extremely poor. The single pane glass is extremely thin. The glass fastener clips can easily be removed and compromise security and aesthetics. The door is lightweight and flimsy and provides little security and the heat build up is so intense on a sunny day that the door is difficult to touch and open. The safety chain does not function properly. When the storm door is fully open, it catches onto the top of the door and prevents the door from closing. The storm door screen insert is very flimsy. We were told by the installer to sign a form at completion, complete payment and an Aspen Company representative would visit and do a final inspection to address our concerns. This was part of the initial agreement. After door installation, we called repeatedly and talked with several different staff persons. They all promised us a return call from the appropriate person but there was no follow through. Then they stopped answering the phone. We got no response from 3 registered letters sent to Aspen Home Improvement and to Prove Headquarters. We have a $2500 door which we have to replace because we tried to support a local business, that sold us an extremely inferior product and then ghosted us and did not provide us the customer service, which was in their contract.

Aspen is GREAT!!! PA pricing in WV and MD.... I had my roof and windows done by them. Sales rep was very professional. LOVE my new windows... no temperature difference now. Keeps my AC in the house where it belongs no more heat coming in my kitchen. Would highly recommend them!!!

On May 11, 2021 money was taken out of our account for the job. On May 24th, 2021 the technician came out. We were told we would have our windows installed in 6 to 8 weeks. We heard nothing after that from Aspen. The last communication we had was 7/22/2021 and we initiated the contact on 7/21/2021 because it was at the end of the original time frame and we were then told it would be 2 weeks from then. It is now 8/24/2021 and that is over a month since we last heard from Aspen.

Very efficient. Pleasure to work with. Had to wait longer than expected for windows but with pandemic it was not their fault. Would very highly recommend.

I have been using Aspen for years now and highly recommend them. They replaced our roof, siding and 20+ windows in our home over the years.

I was very impressed with the professional attitude and presentation by all employees involved, from the office to sales, to installers.

Aspen did an awesome job on my new roof, gutters ,soffit and fascia. I have a very old home that did not even have ridge vent prior to the job. They worked very closely with me to make sure the job was done right and in a timely manner. I was a bit worried because of some of the prior reviews and the sales pitch is over the top but they did everything they promised at a fair price. I’ve received my warranty as promised and had gotten my financing through them which also was as agreed. I couldn’t be happier! I would recommend and would use them again to do other jobs.

Great company to work with. Had my roof and windows done at the same time and could not be happier. Aspen initially was not my first pick however Ken In sales sealed the deal. Installation was fast and there were no unexpected issues throughout the process. The installers were friendly and respectful to my property. Thank you Aspen Home Improvements for a job well done.

My husband and I are very pleased with the results of replacing our home gutters, soffit and fascia and adding gutter guards for maintenance free living. Aspen has gone above and beyond to accommodate us whether it was phone calls, emails and returning my calls promptly. That is, in my opinion, best customer practices to achieve and maintain your companies integrity and reliability. We want to thank the Aspen Home Improvement team for the pleasant experience.

The roofing team did an excellent job. They even made sure all materials that fell on the property was cleaned out before leaving. Extra plywood was needed to repair former leaking areas that had been patched. Thanks to your company and the team representing you.
