      This is the ************* I been dealing with this company since Aug 2025 suppose to be installing 2 air conditioner units first off they didn't pull permits like they should have when i ask them about it they gave me the run around then they lied about the scope of work on the permit i made them reword it which was still not sufficient, but i let it slide and i didn't hear from them for 30 days , in the mean time they had been trying to get the money from the ***** company saying they were finish after the 2nd day when they were nowhere near finish now it's near the end of Oct i still have no heat and have to hire a attorney to cancel my contract as it has turned into a trust issue with TopLine. i have been contacting the finance to let them know the work is not done and not to pay them, then they lied and said the issue was resolved and the complaint was ruled in their favor another lie. every time this company speak a lie come from their mouth, they are a Fraud. They had no intentions of completing my work and reading all the complaints about them I'm glad they didn't.., ************ prey on older people I'm 74 years old and they were trying to get over on me, As i told them they breached the contract for lying about the work being done to the finance company so they could steal my money they would have never came back and i would have been out of $26,000 for nothing , what they did do is slopy and i don't trust the work, plus they over charged me, if i could give them 0 stars i would, these people should not be in business to take folks money.

      Well I been dealing with them since April for results sale man lied to me said the ac and heat could be used on different temperatures then to find out after you have to have different unit for each one to do that then they want to charge me to make it right put the unit on the wrong side where. I did not want them so when I question them about it they have a answer for everything I been missed lead on this whole thing tech been out saying can't run them at the temp they say they can be ran at call to talk to hire say they have a answer still waiting a month later for a senior they must like lying just to get a sale and I have health issues there alot more they have done but no one want to fix it unless you put more money out think it time to call the better business and see what other action I can take since the the higher up dont return calls or say they will get back to you or you get the salesman that sold them to you and tell them lie that he never said that if I could I put my ***** on here to show what he said to prove he laid but no to fix it they want you to spend more money date 9/30/2025 still no respond from the owner or upper management on what we can do to resolve this so good luck getting any help

We want to let you know that weve received your complaint and take your feedback seriously.We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding how your mini split system work. Since your system only has one outdoor unit, the indoor units can only be ran in one mode. During warm weather, ideally the system should be in cooling mode and in cool weather in heating mode. We do understand that you want your indoor units to run on different modes simultaneously. For this to be possible, you will need an additional outdoor unit, and since the system that you purchased only has one outdoor unit, you will need to buy an additional one for this to happen.We will be glad to work on this with you and will support you along the way.Please reach out to us directly so that we can come to a resolution.Kindly,**** D

      Purchased a heating and cooling unit back in June 2024. This Thursday my ceiling started to leak. I called Topline in ********* multiple times. This company installed the system. I speak to a Supervisor and was told there are no tech that could come to my house to look at my unit yesterday or today. I hired another **** tech who told me the furnace was installed incorrectly and was leaking water. I have to schedule an appointment online for this Monday. In the meantime, because the **** don't want to schedule me and appointment over the phone. The system was served in October by Topline.

      Hi ******!We appreciate all feedback. We use them to improve our company. We believe that listening and acting on feedback will make our company and customer's experience better.The system was installed June 12, 2024, and we only came out once for service which was in November 11, ******** had ECS come out to look at system and ECS told you that the coil is leaking because we used spray foam to seal duct and some fell onto coil which is where leak was occurring which froze coil and flooded ceiling causing sheetrock to rip off from your ceiling. Our technician came to your home on July 21, 2025 and found this to be incorrect. The ******* ******* core from the indoor coil was leaking refrigerant. No leaks were found near or around spray foam on the coil. Our technician repaired the core and stopped the leak. Our technician also found that the condensate trap had large dirt blockage which led to the pan overflowing leaking water through ceiling.We apologize that we were not able to book you an earlier appointment right away but we did come as fast as we could and found the actual cause of the problem and was able to provided you with the solutions you need to rectify the situation.If ever you have other concerns in the future, please do not hesitate to reach us back.       DO NOT BUY FROM TOPLINE, their service is the worse! I have had my system for 2 years and all Ive had are problems. It does not cool like its supposed to. When you walk up the stairs to my second floor, you can feel the 10 degree difference where its hotter. I have no choice but to run my ceiling fans. Today it decided to just not cool and just blow air. It was 80 degrees in my house, hotter than outside, but says it was cooling. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSE! Same day service, I think not. They are trying to tell me the next availability they have is August. ITS FREAKING SUMMER! I was promised 10 year warranty, now theyre saying it was only 1 year with TOPLINE and 10 for the manufacturer. STAY AWAY! Im so disappointed. If I had the money, Id replace it. Dont get sucked in with their lies, Run!I should have went with my initial gut and said no but the salesperson said Id be charged a $1,200 restocking fee cuz they already took it off the shelf. Was that a lie too?They prey on those on a budget promising a payment plan. Its not worth it.

We believe that listening and acting on feedback will make our company and customer's experience better.Your system was installed in April 2023, and we went to service your unit for only 2 times since. In those two service visits we have found that the system is working the way it should be. Hot air rises, naturally the highest level will be hotter and get the least amount of airflow being the farthest away from your AC system. You will need a supplementary system that can provide air conditioning from the 2nd floor of your home like a mini split system or window AC units to resolve this situation completely.If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.       . It was around 1 January 2025 one technician he said hed be out in the afternoon. They were there for three days. Nothing was said about my furnace that they hooked the air conditioner to. when I needed the air conditioner it did not work. I got an error code called the company. They sent somebody out three days later they replaced the thermostat. They told me the thermostat was faulty. Nothing was said about the furnace and the salesman looked everything over the first day that he came and nothing was said about the furnace. couple weeks later when I needed the air conditioner again it didnt work call them again. They sent a technician out. I tried running it and it didnt work. I was happening to take my dog outside and I noticed everything was frozen up on the outside unit called again. They told me they would be out July 1 which was I believe four days from the day that I called. got an email later saying they wouldnt be out till the ninth I was really upset about that and I called and complained. it did not help. They came out on the ninth. The next person was an expert, and he took one look at the furnace and said that was the problem that it would not push enough air to service the air conditioner that was hooked up upon it, but he still hooked up all his gauges to make sure and he was correct. At least thats what he told me and he said I need a new furnace so after five technicians that were in my house said nothing about nothing definitely nothing about the furnace somebody comes in. It tells me its the furnace fault. Their system is not working and they want to charge me $5000 for a furnace. I paid for it in cash. I told him no that its not going to happen that I would give them $500 to fix everything or give me my money back. three days of calling and trying to get somebody to take care of my problem. They finally offered me a deal of $4400 for a furnace.

      Do not use this Company!!!!! Would give no stars if possible!!!!! They are not customer need oriented. Had 2 units installed. 1 was finished, and 1 was not. took many calls and a week and a half to get them back out to finish the install. 2 days after they left, the previously unfinished unit went down and it has taken almost 2 weeks to get some one out to fix . I am still waiting on them to come fix my brand new ac that is not working. They say "I am sorry, that should not happen!" till I'm sick of hearing that. JUST FIX IT!!!!!!!! Never again will I use this company!!!!!!! Horrible service!!!!!!!

      The salesman ****** was great no problems there. Both technicians arrived on time but, that's where the good part ends. The lead Tech nearly drilled thru my new shutter on the outside window. So he removed it just to be safe and never put it back up. The shutters are a custom size and where added last year after completing a $14,000 job on replacement windows. Just before leaving the job the technician said the shutter will need lowered. Of course the from of my house is half covered now in conduit as well. My main new,windows only have one shutter up as well. Topline has reached out but have made no attempt to fix things. Unless it is immediately made right I will be calling a lawyer and file a lawsuit. I spent a lot of money to get great windows. Then Topline has started to earning the work.

      This business seemed so good at the beginning of the entire process. Last year my husband and I had our furnace and ac unit replaced. Since the new units have been placed we have had nothing but issues. The furnace is fine but the ac is always frozen and never works. We've now had the company come out more than twice still get no help. We are under warranty but that doesn't seem to help any at all either. They also take WEEKS to come out just to basically look at it and they ALWAY say they have to come back. Everything is a long process. Now out of no where they are charging service fees. Which would be fine but they dont tell you until they finally show up to "look" at the unit. Never would I recommend this company and wish I never would have went with top line heating and air.

      Installed a new unit last Tues. had to order a part for furnace and said it would be installed Friday. Called 2x and was told someone would call back never heard anything. Had to schedule online. technician came out and said it was the cercuit board which was already diagnosed and the part was already ordered! Now have to wait another week to get someone to come and install. Husband was late to work and had to call off the week before. Workers do not communicate with each other and customer service is terrible. Would not recommend. and the price for a new unit is $11,000! They better not charge for the extra service calls.

You won't be charged for any warranty service call in the first year of having the system. We will be making sure that it works to its potential.       On 5/22/25 Topline brought inadequate equipment to my home and tried to install the wrong equipment. Furthermore, they weren't even installing it, per the agree upon installation requirements. I ordered an immediate stop of all work progress and demanded that someone contact me for proper resolution. It's now 5/24/25 and I haven't heard a word from anyone. I removed old equipment, to make room for install & I have been left with no means to heat my home, when temps are dropping into the 30's this weekend. They left the equipment here, unfinished and did not even clean their mess. They completely abandoned the job and ceased all communication with me. I have called the office, was informed I would receive a call back and I have not. Nothing that was agreed upon, was even being attempted to be done. They basically thought they would bring a furnace & condenser to my house, stick it in my basement and call it done. I refused to accept the service, ordered all work to stop, until the proper people could contact me to remedy the situation with the proper equipment and install expectations. I have not heard a word, since the install crew left. Its been 3 days and I have unfinished work and equipment sitting on my property. In which I'm expected to pay for. I refuse to pay for these horrible services & inadequate equipment. I have tried to resolve the issue and have been ignored & left with no way of heating my home, when temps are in the 30's. Very unhappy with this company. I have been lied to, manipulated and then abandon to have to jump through all these hoops for a resolution, all while still being expected to pay. They only get 1 star and that's only because I have to give at least one star. My rating is zero!
