I purchased a ********** puppy from *******************, a member of Greenfield Puppies. When I made contact with him, I was told that none of the males were spoken for. I immediately drove to their farm .After driving an hour and 1/2he went in his barn and brought me a puppy and left to do his chores. I then had to deal with his wife. She took my money, gave no receipt or anything. I took the dog to the vet to find that the dog has a heart condition. The website states that they were vet checked, health guarantee and more. The dog was put on medication for intestinal parasites.

Greenfield puppies represents themselves with reviews, however they failed to post my review therefore they are directly involved with the support of their customers and should be held liable. I purchased a French bulldog and drove 6 hours to the breeders home in paradise pa named **** and ********************* after staying in a hotel and arriving the next morning, I was told of several health issues including a knee that pops out according to the vet check and three hernias. My son was waiting and I did not gave the heart to tell my ten year old son we didn't get the puppy. The breeders know it was for my young son, and said nothing about the health issues in any way, knowing that after I travelled I would probably buy the puppy if my son was with me as I said he was excited.I was not offered s discount in anyway and the health guarantee was changed from One year to one month. As my son held the puppy in his hands with a smile I just bought the puppy and could not hurt my son as we recently lost a pet as we told the breeders. These heartless breeders should not be allowed on greenfield and I will tend to my expenses as I will keep this puppy and endure the expenses but the fact is these people are very dishonest. I thought the Amish were known for being honest, I guess not I'm Naive.

We received a review from this customer that did not accurately reflect the experience provided by the breeder. The breeder of this puppy has tried to reconcile this situation with the customer however the customer is refusing to engage and communicate. Our company stands behind our review process and only post reviews that are fair and accurate to both breeder and customer.

We purchased this dog from the breeder and his name was *** ****** living at ***** ***** ***** ** , north Adams Michigan. We were contacted by a friend of the family ******* **** who stated the breeders were ***** and had no technology. I was told I was getting a golden doodle and she was $2500.00., well it's been two years and we went to vet and with a test she's is not a golden doodle. They scammed us, took my money and this is not a 2500 dog. I want a refund and they will not respond to emails. I have attached some photos of my dog and emails

I purchased a puppy from them on 3/14 and took the dog to the pet hospital on Saturday 3/18 with a kidney infection and pneumonia. He is in critical condition currently fighting for his life. The breeder doesn’t answer the phone now. She gave me a health report saying the puppy was in good health but he clearly isn’t. I just spend over 2k on medical costs and now the estimate is another 7k for further care and he has a 50/50 chance of survival.

I purchased a puppy off of Greenfieldpuppies.com from breeder *************************** or **** ****** as she appears to go by both names. Phone ************ email ************************ She advertised the dog as a Bernese Mountain Dog mix. I picked up the puppy who she had named ****** on 12/30/2022. When I was there I asked to see the mom dog but she said she wasn't there and she showed me a picture of a Bernese Mountain dog. I paid $895 thinking I was getting a Bernese mix. I did DNA through ****** on the puppy who I've now named *****. The results came back as 90% Australian Shepherd and 10% Collie. She falsely advertised the breed of this dog. I have reached out to her via text and email with no response. I would like to be refunded my money as I didn't get what I paid for. I went out looking for a specific breed of Bernese Mountain dog and this is not what she provided to me or to the other people she sold the other 7 puppies to.

We purchased a 12 week old puppy from the ******** in Lancaster through Greenfield puppies and have since found that nothing health wise was done correctly from our point of view. We fell in love from day one and on Sunday we had to say goodbye to a 15 month old! Due to heart failure from a assumed genetic issue. The puppies are vaccinated by the breeder, not a vet! They are not genetically tested and I want greenfield to contact the other owners from the litter so they can know! It was almost 10k that we paid because we hoped she could be treated and sadly the vet could only do so much for her. She couldn’t breath!!! This could have been helped if the greenfield company vetted their “breeders” better! It should be called a puppy mill instead. Ridiculous and heartbroken! When I do contacted greenfield I get auto responses to contact the breeder. We have but the issue is that the company needs to oversee the process better! It’s so sad for the puppies and the families purchasing a new fur baby!

       Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: I feel that Greenfield presents online as a company that cares and is actually doing more than just advertising which is what they have told me in emails.  I do not believe that they have the interest of puppies at heart and are purely looking to make money.

      Regards,

I purchased a puppy from a breeder found on Greenfield Puppies. The ad said the puppy was AKC Havanese. However, I did not receive any paperwork and I have tried to directly contact the breeder as well as Greenfield Puppies and have received no response.

I did not receive the registration papers for my puppy.  I received no communication from the breeder or a greenfield puppies in response to my emails.

      Hello,

We can attempt to assist you with this matter. The best course is to contact the breeder directly since they would have any registration information. Our role in this process does not put us in possession of any registration papers for puppies. With that being, if the breeder is unresponsive, please contact us through our Contact us page and we will try to assist in resolving this issue. Thank you!

We purchased an 11 week old Cane Corso puppy from ***************************** in Bear, Delaware. He was very professional up front and assisted us getting the puppy to us via ******* *******. The puppy arrived with no health or shot records. We spent three weeks requesting this information from breeder with no response. The fourth week we kept attempting and let ******** know we would be filing a complaint with Greenfield Puppies. It appears he was dodging our calls and texts because other puppies from the littler continued to be sold. We filed a complaint on Greenfield Puppies and did not hear anything back. We have had to pay for shots the puppy was supposed to already have, guaranteed. Not happy with the lack of professionalism from the breeder or the Greenfield Puppies website.
