    Cannot get off the postal mailing list that I did not sign up for. The name it's addressed to does not reside at the address the mailing is being sent to. It's also located over two states away! I've contacted them multiple times and they claim they have removed me but I constantly get postal mail since 2020! they mailings are larger than letters and dont fit properly in my PO BOX (which is being sent to in ** - not PA where this business is located). everytime they make a sale I receive a large postcard. quarterly mailings, updates etc. I never signed up for any of this,

    Apologies for any inconvenience.  Mailing addresses are public record and often used in marketing for many different industries.  In previous messages the consumer left us, they either omitted their full name, or omitted their mailing address and we had difficulty cross referencing and removing the contact information.  I would be glad to remove the consumer from our list, they can text us the info we need at ************  Thanks!

    I am rejecting this response because: our address is crystal clear as I've sent multiple photos of the mailings every time we've contacted them.  one of their responses is "That was sent back July. We removed you since then."  In my view they saw the photo but refused to remove us.  I've also texted them multiple times.  In the BBB complaint I've sent screenshots of our conversation with the business - do you think it's not clear of the address?

    Thank you for your assistance with this, please review the correspondence and note how difficult such a simple task was to complete.  They were texting the incorrect cell phone number, my screen shots were crystal clear and yet the continued to ask me to call them
