    Ordered HEB *************** Mixes three packs and ordered a total of 4 or 12 boxes of mix. Received one package with a tracking number ********************* from ****, ***** and it only had three boxes not 12 in it.The order was placed online June 11, 2024 Amount paid ****** Each mixpack cost 32.27.I am asking for a refund of ***** for the boxes that never arrived.

    This issue was resolved with a refund. Customer has been communicating with us and we just followed our process, really no need to communicate on multiple channels.

    I ordered Boost Chocolate Pudding from grocery.com on Saturday, April 11, 2024 - Order #******.Immediately, my credit card was charged twice: Pp* (PayPal Merchant) for $1.10 and grocery.com for 40.66.On April 14, 2024, I received an email stating that the order was Voided - card not charged & Sorry, This item appeared to be sold out.On April 16, 2024, I sent an email stating that my credit card had been charged with the above amounts and that I expected my card to refunded the 2 above charges. I did not receive a return email nor a refund on my card. On April 17, 2024, after not receiving a refund, I resent my email again with the same expectation of receiving a refund and that I expected a response. Later on April 17, 2024, I received an email form **** in ****************:"No charges were made to your card. The previously authorized amount has now been voided, meaning the hold on the funds has been released.""If you notice that the funds have not been returned to your account, kindly reach out to your bank for further information regarding this transaction."The charges are clearly on my credit card. I allowed time for charged to refunded. Today, on April 19, 2024, the charges are still on my credit card and I called the **************** phone number and I was asked to leave a message. As I did not receive the item ordered, I expect a refund to my credit card from grocery.com for $1.10 plus $40.66, totaling $41.76.

    Good Morning *******,

    Im sorry to just open the BBB letter this morning.  I could not find my reference notes. 

    I did look at my AMEX statement and the charges had been removed.
