    I don’t know who these people are but they keep taking money out of my account I don’t even know what it’s for and believe they are scammers

    On August 25, 2023 I was charged $39.95 on my master card. I was also billed the same amount on Sept. 24, 2023 and October 24, 2023 the information listed for that charge was DILOUSS.NET phone # ************ and reference # **********. I didn't recall that charge, so I called the phone # and the "billing support" rep. said it was for a company called "SPOT Prime" and it was an online streaming service. I explained to ******* that I never signed up for this streaming service and would like to cancel this service. She took some credit card info and found my account. She said she would cancel the service, but she could not credit me for the three months I was billed or give me any information about this company. I checked out the company name Spot Prime and saw many bad reviews for them and also obtained an address which on ****** maps shows a house in a subdivision. The address is ************************************** Lafayette, PA *****. I believe there is someone who is phishing for credit card numbers and charging for something people didn't ask for. I do not know how this happened, but I would like them to refund $119.85 that was charged on my credit card for 3 months.

    I do have additional complaints as I was able to get my credit card records from previous months in 2023.  I have been charged nearly every month this year for $39.95 except February.   I have screen shots of the charges for January, March, April, May, June, July and August as well for a total of $359.55 for these unauthorized charges.  As I said before, I have never subscribed to a streaming service except ******* and ****.  I have no idea how this company got my credit card information and began charging me.   I should have been more observant of the charges on my card and will be in the future.

    Every month this company takes $39.95 from my bank account and I never gave them permission. I keep trying to get this resolved but get nowhere with them. Please help end this STEALING from me.

    I have tried to contact this business more than once. Even my bank put a stop to the payment and I switched debited cards. I haven't had my new debit card for 3 days and haven't even paid 1 bill with yet and some how they still charged $39.95 on my new card. I've called, and email them and I can't get them to answer me. How did they get my new debit card number if they aren't hackers? $40.00 doesn't seem like a lot of money but when you live paycheck to paycheck and have a disability child at home it's a lot of money. I don't know what else to do. This company is a scammer. I didn't give any kind of permission at all.
