    This was a while ago Im not sure when but Im still frustrated because I know they are still lying for business. I bought some earrings at the shop from a small artist which just turned out to be on ***** and other mass production apps for about a dollar when I payed around 40$. I reached out to them as soon as I discovered this and they tried to tell me the mass production ones where a rip off of theirs but it was so clear they are the same product with the same quality. I even saw other earrings from the shop also claiming to be from a small artist on *****. I tried for so long to get my money back even going into the store and emailing them screenshots of all the rip off earrings I could find but they didnt start listening until I left bad reviews and then claimed I was another business sabotaging them. I gave them all my information at the start in my original email and feel like they werent ever gonna help me no matter what. I tried to put a complaint to the bbb before but mightve done it wrong so there might be another message from me a while back. In the pictures is the ***** listing I found

    Hi,

    First of all, we need to address we sell unique designer earrings, that is true, we're not lying to anyone.

    The problem that we can not find this customer's transaction history by the information the customer provided, that made us impossible to proceed the refund, it will be ideal if the customer can present to get the cash refund, or we could send a check to the customer.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're still not satisfied about the solution plan, it seems you would prefer us to mail you a check, we would need you reply us with who should the check made to and your mailing address. then we could mail the check to you.

    It gave us a hard time to find your transaction here, since we don't have a receipt top locate it, then we can not issue the credits back to the card, thanks for your understanding.

    I ended the chat because I  was under the impression we came to a conclusion and they would send me a check for the refund but they have yet to make progress on this. I have emailed them privately but have not reserved a response for almost a week now.

    There is probably some misunderstanding.

    We have mailed you the refund check promptly and we also got the proof from the bank that the check had been deposited already, please see the attached images, note the check is made from Enzhao Art Gallery LLC DBA Jedidiah Gallery and was deposited on March 18th, we also have our logo and address on the check. By the way we did not receive any communication emails from you except the messages from BBB. Hope this message and the photos attached can solve your concern.
