    This company should be permanently closed. Within 15 minutes of 1st txm, I received 3 phone calls and 3 more text messages, which informed me that this despicable organization scheduled an appointment for my accupuncture with some unknown provider, violating HIPPA Law, but sharing my information without my consent. When I called the number provided and informed the Med Risk that I have an acupuncturist, they demanded all the information to take credit for scheduling the appointment. This company, still didn't cancel an appointment, which they scheduled without any consent or even recieving my response. These are major HIPPA VIOLATION and worker comp insurance fraud. I am taking this issue to my attorney. This gathering of frivolous and undereducated individuals should be under investigation!!! It is a waste of time and especially money. I hope that this company will be shut down, PERMANENTLY!!!

    We are an accredited provider of Medrisk, providing massage therapy to patients carefully screened and processed by Medrisk prior accepting and providing authorized services.After several written and phone calls to follow up on unpaid claims , we were told by their ****** Department, Provider Support staff and other resource staff that patient;s employer is carved out or no longer in contract with Medrsik. They advised me to submit claim directly to the carrier, ********* to be paid.After several calls and fax to *********, i was able to connect to our assigned adjuster, Nu Siravintha who unfortunately said that they can not pay the claim since Medrsik were the ones who referred a patient without an approved contract.We are not familiar on how contracts are administered nor we have visibility all expired or active contracts of patients and employers we receive. All we do is provide our services assuming that Medrisk is screening their referrals.We simply demand payment for various authorized and completed visits.
