      They withdrew funds while paperwork states it never expires! I am beyond disgusted. Meanwhile, I was newly diagnosed with a disease and in a 24 month study. I was driving a hour each way for appointments. They can do whatever they please! ********!

      The ClinCard is difficult to use and doesnt work at most online merchants and almost no stores. If you want to try to use it at a store you have manually key everything into the credit card machine. There are no banks near me that would take it and exchange it for cash. Contacting customer service was also difficult. Overall, difficult to use, not sure how I will get paid for study?

      Got a $50 payment for a service in the form of a prepaid ClinCard but it was unusable and the service telephone line was nothing but a runaround. Too much aggravation to persist for fifty bucks but I just want to leave a scathing review. Do not accept a ClinCard in payment for anything.

      This card is a joke! Horrible system! There is a reason NO ONLINE BUSINESSES accept this card as form of payment. Major retailers like ******, ******, ****** do not accept this. And what do they offer as a solution to get YOUR money off this card? Simple, withdrawal at an ATM. But they don't partner with any bank, so there's $3+ in ATM fees. PLUS ClinCard will charge you their own service fee to withdrawal from the card. That fee is often higher than the bank's fee. So you're paying almost $10 per withdrawal to access your cash. Or cash back at time of purchase? Yup, but limited to maximum amount of $20-$40 at almost all retailers that offer that option. Just a horrible excuse for a debit card. It's even worse that it sounds like "customer service" is 100 people in a 10'x10' room sitting on top of each other yelling. Avoid at all cost if you can! Or be prepared to pay out the nose to access your cash!! Must be a REALLY bad thing for ****** and ****** to not even accept it! Just don't do it!!

      Supposedly we were told the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is $1500 as stated on all of their websites and information provided by the company. However every time I try to withdrawal it says there's a $400 limit and a fee from the bank !! So I will have to pay to use my own money! This is terrible never want to work for anyone using this system. Controlling and using poor people to make money off of them.

      Scam for sure. The doctor's office issued a card but didn't assign a name to it. They just fixed it and said it's showing a 0 balance.

      I was highly disrespected by a worker. I kept asking the same question because he wasnt getting what i was asking. He then says if you would stop driving and listen maybe i wouldnt have to keep saying the same thing. Then i followed up with let me speak with someone else youre to frustrated and disrespectful for me and he hung up. I would definitely love if somebody got in touch with me about that because if thats how you all treat people its totally unacceptable.

      Agree with every one star review here. - Cannot transfer funds to bank account - Cannot pay off credit card bills with card (CitiBank response: DO NOT HONOR )- The system is designed to prevent use, only to trigger non-activity fees.SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
