    Date of transaction: 6/4/24 Invoice ***********. Amount owed $310.07 ($245.44 + $64.63 shipping)Tried numerous ways to get refunded for goods that never arrived. Although the shipping label was created, it never made it to *** per *** **** I filed a claim with *** twice and although seller said they tried to resolve, nothing ever came of it. Reached out numerous times and the attachment is only a partial summary of outreach. The goods I didn't receive were valued at $1950 as there were 39 items total, most new with tags and I was going to resell these items and that's a low estimate of resell value. Also received damaged items that were misrepresented but I'm just going to take the loss. I've spent so many hours just trying to get a refund.

    Wanted to give you an update on where things are with this situation.
    On 10/24 *** ****** sent me an email stating they refunded the $380.59 plus the shipping fee of $129.27 to a ****** account.
    I responded that I never paid with ******* that all payment info goes through CTBids and it's mandatory that you use a credit card on file. I also confirmed that I received the $129.27 on that date via ****** but I did not receive the $380.59. I asked where the refund was sent to since I didn't use ****** and they didn't have a clear answer. I also asked for the date, and no clear answer.  Very risky to send money through ****** when you never confirmed the customer's information or if they even had a ****** account.
    *** requested that we speak on the phone and I responded that I was available but never received a call.
    As of now, I have received $129.27 but am still out my original amount that I paid in May 2024.

    Can you please remove or withdraw this compliant? Since the time of this compliant, the issue has been resolved. I don't want to the company to be in a negative light as this has been resolved since the time of my review.
