      Nov 20th around 5:30 AM this company used a WRECKER to not only PICK UP the front end of my vehicle but the back end also NO DOLLY SYSTEM WAS USED TO *** MY AWD VEHICLE. I WAS AWAKE AND WATCHED IT HAPPEN / HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE & THE *** TRUCK CAMERA WILL CONFIRM THIS ALSO. He was moving quickly trying to secure my vehicle with out doing the procedure correctly. Not only was my vehicle improperly towed causing damage it was also physically scratched/damaged on the paint This goofy joke of a company employee was scary and moving quickly instead of taking his time to properly tow my vehicle. THIS COMPANY HAS 0 EVIDENCE THE VEHICLE WAS ***ED CORRECTLY. I have all the documentation and evidence to prove my claim from the time I got my vehicle back which was in less than 24 HOURS!

      Again this company is a joke the website to claim my vehicle back even had issues making me have to contact customer service because my car was not CORRECTLY REGISTERED IN YOUR SYSTEM YET AGAIN ANOTHER REASON THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT

      The complaint from this customer was received through the lienholder. Below is my reply to the lienholder regarding this complaint. The customer complaint was Notes from Debtor: The customer claims front bumper and headlight damage.



      The 2016 *** 4-Series with VIN ***************** was repossessed on November 20th 2024 at 5:10 am from *********************************************************************************. The vehicle was parked parallel with the street with room in front of the vehicle and a few feet of clearance behind. The vehicle was picked up by the front tires with the arms of the tow truck and dollies placed behind the rear tires. At no time did the tow truck come into contact with the bumper or headlights of the vehicle. The vehicle was brought to the ******** location and intake pictures were taken on November 20th at 8:21 am. The vehicle had minor scratches prior to recovery. I have added the picture report, picture of the vehicle on the tow truck with dollies, a picture showing no contact with the vehicle in the process or recovery, one of the vehicle lifted to be towed and the vehicle release.



      The damage the customer sent was not done by IRS.



      In regards to creating an appointment. I have reviewed the screenshots of the conversation. The redemptions department explained the process and the era that occured the first time they attempted to make the appointment. They were instructed to enter the full VIN to create the appointment. We ask that they request the appointment to ensure they are selecting a time and date that works for them.

      I was not allowed to properly respond to the claim. I do not accept the final decision made in this claim, I also contacted the email off the BBB to explain this!
