• In the event you need to return any non-custom merchandise in its original condition purchased at calicocorners.com, you may do so with your original sales receipt either by mail or in person at any Calico design shops within 30 days of original purchase.. A refund will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes, crediting the credit card originally used to make the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return an item to a Calico design shop, please provide photo identification and the original invoice for refund. To return a non-custom item by mail, carefully repack the merchandise with the return slip. Return in the original carton and tape on the address label provided with your packing slip. Complete the return form on the packing slip enclosed with your order. Return prepaid insured by UPS or Parcel Post who will provide a tracking number.
