    Dear Mr. ********************** am writing to formally address the unresolved issue concerning the Delinquent Earned Income Tax and the associated Balance Due Notice, which indicates an outstanding balance of $1,852.57 payable to *************************** Despite our extensive efforts to resolve this matter, including the submission of multiple documents and over four hours of telephonic communications with *************************** the issue remains unresolved.On May 3rd, ********* and I requested that you assume responsibility for the payment of the delinquent balance on our behalf, as we believed this would adequately compensate for the time and effort we have invested and rectify the error attributable to your company. Your response, indicating that the company would not pay the tax but might cover the penalty if an error was found, was ***************** light of these circumstances, I hereby formally request the following remediation:1.A refund of the $1,000 paid to Fenstermacher and Company for the preparation of our 2010 tax return, which was assured to be accurate by your tax preparer, ********************** on two occasions. A picture of the receipt is attached for your reference.2.An additional refund of $400 to cover the cost of four billable working hours spent resolving this issue with **************************, as your organization was unwilling to do so.We hope to resolve this matter amicably and expect your prompt response to this request. Please consider this communication as a formal notice of our intent to seek remediation and compensation for the inconvenience and financial impact caused by this issue.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I am responding to complaint number ******** against Fenstermacher and Company.  I am the original complainant.  I would request to delete the complaint.

    *** **** Fenstermacher contacted me last evening, Wednesday, May 28th at 5:10 pm.  We were able to come to a mutual agreement regarding remediation of my complaint.

    If you could please provide me written correspondence to my email address, ******************* stating the complaint has been deleted, it would be much appreciated.

    Pending *** Fenstermacher's successful due diligence regarding his agreement to me after my request to delete the complaint, I will not need to resubmit it.
