    I called OConnors months ago during the summer (it is OCTOBER) to get my furnace fixed. The furnace runs the *** so Im not able to use central air OR heat I have explained this to her every time I have spoken to her. The woman who always answers the phone is consistently unpleasant and is unkind to me every time I call. She called me back a couple of weeks later and wanted to schedule me but the time wouldnt work. She said shed call me back to schedule, never called me back. I called back again weeks/months later after not hearing back, she said shed get me on the schedule. Nothing, no one reached back out to me. I called today 11/04/25 as its getting cold and I still have no heat. She said well you can still turn your heat on dear.. as I have explained numerous times, no I can not because the fan inside the furnace is broken. She said oh youre the one from awhile ago! I said yes. She said (with attitude) well Ill get you on the schedule. I said do you have an estimate? Its getting pretty cold she said you know, maybe you should just go somewhere else! I said excuse me? This is the ONLY ****** certified ************ in my area. I literally have nowhere else to go. Only a ****** certified tech can purchase the parts needed. I asked to speak to a manager, she said I am the manager I handle all of this. So I asked for the owner. She refused to give him to me. I said I wanted a call back, and she said she would have him call back but with a sarcastic tone so I doubt Ill get a call back. I need help. Myself and my family are getting really cold, and there are children in the home. We are using space heaters but I am afraid that the pipes will freeze. Ive never had a business turn me away for no reason I have never been unkind to this woman.

    My repair is complete, but the owner never reached out to me as requested. A discussion needs to be had about the abhorrent behavior of the woman I spoke to on the phone
