      Management does nothing to fix broken things. My shower would not turn on. Once on, it was almost impossible to turn off. They sent maintenance out twice to fix it. They really did nothing but tighten an already stripped s**** The third time it broke, they ignored my request. When I asked about it they told me someone would be out that day to fix it. No one ever came out. After being unable to bathe for 2 days during a heat wave, I fixed it myself. I told them if it happened again that I would expect to be reimbursed. They flat out told me that they would never reimburse me.

      Answered the questions on rental application truthfully, they specifically ask if you ever been convicted of a crime within 7 years of application. Mine is 15 years ago and is over with. Have a great job and near perfect credit score and was denied. They used the excuse of my crime being ********************************************* victims. Makes no sense. Discrimination

      This leasing company is refusing to renew my lease. They claim I can’t afford to pay my rent because I receive disability but I have never missed a months rent. I am being asked to leave by the end of the month, despite me informing them that my apartment suits the needs of my disability. I am being targeted because I refuse to have sexual relations with the manager. Can anyone please help me with handling this issue?
