    Horrible place. They don't even answer the phone when you call. It continuously rings then hangs up on you. I can't even get the medication I need & I'm in pain. I'm going to report to Better Business Bureau/Medical Board as well because this is beyond unacceptable. What's the point of having a practice if NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I would NOT recommend this practice at all. Avoid going to this Urology. They don't care about their patients at all. I honestly think they don't mind their patients suffering in pain. Very unprofessional, & very disrespectful.
