  The date of the transaction was 9/20/24. Pavco Asphalt services dug up my old driveway and concrete slab in front of door. They replaced both. I thought everything was good and paid for the job. They gave me a 2 year guarantee. The first time it rained , which was over a month after they did the work. the driveway was covered in huge puddles . I called and was told they would fix it when things warm up in the spring. This was on Nov. 26. I got a text on May 29, that they did not forget about me, I called multiple times in July and left messages no reply. I called Agie who referred them and they would not return their calls .I spent a year with a flooded drive way when it rains and in the winter an Ice rink. The driveway is starting to sink in one area where the water sits. I spoke to 2 contractors who said the pitch is wrong. I need my money back so I can get someone to fix it. I do not think the owner is interested in honoring his guarantee. I have an 98 year old mother who can't use the driveway on multiple occasions because it's to dangerous.

  June 7, 2025 - agreed to estimate of $3,350 to repave my driveway from PaveCo Asphalt Services from *******, PA - Art *******.June 23, 2025 - paid 10% ($335) and 2" of driveway was removed and repaved. Appointment was made the night before and not planned out.July 2, 2025 - Art came to inspect job and get final payment of $3,015. I told him that one side was very crooked and was not acceptable. I had specifically told his salesman on June 7th plus the young kid running this project on June 23rd that I have ADHD and OCD and straightness was important to me after seeing other driveways on my street look crooked and unappealing. I told Art that the top of the driveway was not flat - that there was a foot of space where the water would settle and not be allowed to flow down the driveway. And I told Art that at the top of the driveway by the garage doors that his men did not finish off that part. It looked like pieces of asphalt running along the garage door line.He said that the additional work would take 1-2 hours (cutting the edge straight, filling in the gully, and using tar as a transition to the garage. He asked me for the remaining balance but told me to just hold back $500 until the job was completed. Since the check was already written, I just let him take the full amount assuming he was a reputable company and businessman. He then said that they would be back the following Tuesday, July 8, 2025, to fix the 3 issues. July 8, 2025 - Art texted me at 11:27 am to tell me that he was short- handed and would call to reschedule.July 9, 2025 - Art texted me if July 11th would work for me, but it didn't.July 29, 2025 - Art texted that he is shooting for next Friday, August 31st. No correspondence since then. Have left texts and phone messages for him, his office and his salesman but no response. I last texted him on August 28th.He has similar BBB complaints on 7/21/24 and 8/1/25.I want my driveway completed or money refunded. Do I sue?

  Paveco Asphalt Services resurfaced our driveway in March of 2024. They also provided a warranty.Within a short period of time, the driveway started crumbling, and thousands of black pebbles are shedding off the driveway. We contacted the owner ****** *******, but he has been non-responsive.
