    I only used their services one time. I rebooked a fill appointment then got sick. I called the phone number listed on the website and left a message, giving them plenty of time to cancel the appointment so that I would not be charged. The day of my appointment I got a reminder text. I thought that was strange since I canceled. I again called the number from the website and ***** said that he would take care of it. Now days later I see that I was charged for 50% of the service. I called the number again and ***** says that he doesnt work for the company anymore but he will let them know. When I asked for another contact number I was given a number for ********. She is the owner. First she said she cant see the charge. Then asked me to send a screenshot. Then argued about me canceling. I told her I called the number listed who is *****. This is very frustrating and this place seems like a total scam!

    I had been using their services for a few months even using their subscription option. I was automatically charged each month for the service - it was great. I was traveling 30 minutes to the salon until I decided it was too far. I then cancelled my subscription and future appointments via email on March 27. I know the salon received the email because I received the cancellation notice for my future appointment. I did not however receive a cancellation notice on my subscription service but figured it was also cancelled. I was then charged on May 1 & May 31 for the service. On May 31 I followed up via phone and email. I talked to Peter on multiple occasions and was told I would be receiving my refund "soon". After my second request, I started thinking I was never going to get my refund as promised. I asked Peter to type up the details of my refund in the email to which he agreed. I called yet again on 6/23 only after multiple emails went unanswered and was given the standard answer. Peter said he would "check into my refund and contact the processing company" as well as sending the details of my refund in an email. As of 6/26, I still have never received anything in writing from Peter or Salon and also never received the refund.
