    If I could give a negative rating I would. The management of the complex changed 4 times in the last 6 years, the pool is always disgusting and fails inspection every year, the apartments are never properly cleaned between tneants and Mold is rampent. When moving out they deleted maintenance request history and then make you pay for damages caused by leaking when it rains, that they NEVER fixed (for 4 years) even though requests were put in to do so. Dog f**** everywhere because the do not reinforce the pick up rule. Almost no rules are enforced. The same goes for their Elm townhomes too. Just about the worst place I have ever lived.

    Terrible leadership. Treat you like scum on the bottom of their shoes. They dont care about you. Charge for renters insurance when they had an expired policy for a few months. Nothing gets fixed. Treats employees like trash. They need to do better.
