We got a quote from Jesse in the fall of 2020. All seemed good and we gave him the go ahead to begin as soon as possible. He said he will contact us in a week or so to let us know when he was going to start . Several weeks, phone calls and text later we still had not heard back from him. I finally got thru to him on a phone call and he said “let’s just wait until the spring” I was OK with that and trusted he would follow through. Fast forward to spring of 2021 after several calls and texts with no response whatsoever. Nothing. Zero Finally one day I got him on the phone which I believe it was an accident on his part to answer. I nicely explained that I had been trying to reach him for a while and is he still interested in the job? He replied by saying “ yes I am still interested but get 50 plus texts and phone calls a day I don’t have time to reply to each one of them” on top of that he had an attitude with me. Huh?? Out of sheer common courtesy he could’ve just apologized, I understand people get busy (and that’s a good thing these days isn’t it? ) My husband and I have been in Lolol business led for over 30 years in our community. I would never ever consider treating a customer like this or even an enemy for that matter. A little professionalism and common courtesy can go along way. I can’t review their work because I never got that far but the way Jesse handled the situation was so disappointing and just plain rude. I would not recommend this company based on their customer service alone. If there were zero stars I would give that.
