    I've been buying from ehobbytools.com since finding them online 5+ yrs ago. They are my "go to" ***** dealer, always great prices, reasonable ship costs and prompt, careful shipping. Their inventory is always stocking the items I'm looking for. Although I do shop **** once in a while off season for deceased estate villages being liquidated. If I can't find a particular piece, I write an email off to sales and receive a prompt response and usually learn the piece can be ordered or more are on the way. I've very happy with ehobbytools and can't see a reason not to shop them first.

    Have purchased several Lemax Christmas village items from eHobbytools.com & have found them to be very reliable. One item was missing a piece so I phoned customer service. They were very helpful and sent the missing item at no cost in a very short period of time. Highly recommend eHobbytools.com.

    Before placing my first order with eHobby Tools I called and spoke to ****. He answered my question and told me about the company and shipping process. My order arrived in 3 days. After placing my order I had an issue with one of the Lemax Spooky Town buildings and called back. **** has been great working with to resolve the problem. Each time I spoke to him he has been so friendly and professional!!! He has great customer service and he is definitely an asset to this company!!!I will continue ordering from this company! Also Prices are great! JG

    I have been ordering Lemax items from them for about 10 years. The experience has been always amazing. I spoke to Dave about future orders and what a pleasure it was talking to him. You can't find anyone more helpful than he was. Their Lemax items are well-priced and they are probably the biggest dealers of Lemax after Michaels. Their shipping fees are also reasonable and their inventory is quite extensive.

    I've been using ehobbytools.com for the last two years and over 15 large orders with no major issues. I've do orders for myself and shipping as gifts to others.
    2019 - 2021 the world were all in COVID pandemic and most places were shut down and this affect ehobbytools.com too along with shipping coming in from China. China's dispute issue with the US affect delivery time on everythng. I was not happy but this was happening worldwide. I was disappointed for the long timeframe of shipping but I called them for updates. Dave has always been very friendly and professional as far as I'm concerned. He even comes onto our virtual Christmas village group to discuss the Lemax pieces. I wish their ordering system was better with tracking ordering but this is the price to get a great $ deal. I could have ordered the same item on Amazon for $5-$20 more. Which I use to do. I look at Amazon first then buy from ehobbytools.com unless I want the item right away because the item is on backorder. Thank you Dave and staff for all your service.
