    presently the last known location for my package is with vipparcel at *****************, **. for FIVE (5) days the tracking (from the seller for ****) states it left **********, but HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY ****. a phone call to "******" at VIP only resulted with a lot of hemming and hawing and passing off to whomever hides behind the email address (no one has yet to respond) as well as contacting the seller (she has NOTHING to do with it). this is a high-ish value (over $500) custom order that the seller worked on over several months only to have Huntingdon lose it (I'm assuming it's lost) and taking ZERO responsibility and ZERO initiative to locate it. the **** tried to assist, but they don't have it. they instructed me to inquire with VIP to WHOM they handed off the package...crickets. if they cannot make delivery, I expect a full refund $549.20

    UPDATE: it took ********************************************************************************************* in the interim, my husband spoke to ****** who was, unlike ******, interested and willing to help had the package not arrived within X days. he also explained that VIP simply sold the shipping labels and would never be in contact with the package. in the meanwhile, I did reach out to the seller who told me it was likely still in customs. with out-of-the-united states sellers who purchase shipping labels from VIP, there is zero tracking available until it physically hits the ****. what is displayed is erroneous (and for that ****, imo, has some responsibility)...it shows VIP in possession when the parcel could be anywhere between the overseas shipper and *****************. my suggestion to VIP is to train others re: this system so they can relay information to concerned customers....and get rid of those employees who are ill versed and apathetic. also, VIP needs to RESPOND to emails and comments left on their social media. neither has happened and its been weeks since I've reached out to them.
