    We first using Ecolab dishwasher at the end of Dec. The salesman promised to give us the discount of $500 so we decided to use their Dishwasher. The dishwasher was delivered at the end of the Dec/ 2025. The person who set up the dishwasher ordered 3 months worth of chemicals for dishwasher which was $894, and told me we have to buy their chemicals every month for certain amount of money to avoid delivery charge and told us nothing about MPPA charges of $1093.11 if we didnt buy their chemicals. We end up returning those chemicals right away before opening, because the person setting up the dishwasher told us to use different chemicals. We were still charged for those chemicals, and I had to call the customer service multiple times to correct the billing. The customer service *** from ********************** kept calling me and pressured me to pay both of $500 and $894. I kept explain to them multiple times that we returned the chemical and the promised discount of $500. I finally got $894 off from the billing, but $500 is still on our billing statement. We ordered $887 of chemical at the spot again. We paid for $887 and $140 for using their dishwasher. Every month we paid $140 until 6/2025. We received **** charges of $1093.11 on 06/10/2025. They told me I need to order their products to avoid MPPA charges. I ordered over $200 of chemicals to remove the charge, but the customer *** lied to me, the actual cost of product was $169 and added min. order charge value of $99. I called and they promised they will cancel the order, but it didnt and it was delivered to us. They told me they will charge for returning the product. I ordered $743 (for every chemical we buy, they charged us min value: $18) again to clear MPPA, but it didnt. The previous owner who was using their dishwasher told us they paid $238 every month and automatically got both chem and service while we have to struggle with the charges. I dont understand min charge of $18 every time we purchase their products too.

    Damaged Linens caused by an incorrect detergent setting by Ecolab tech. District manager (DM) and tech came to my business to research the problem admitted their negligence and agreed to pay for the damaged linens. I supplied all District managers with the invoice for replacement costs to no avail. I have been through 3 District managers and several techs with no resolution to the problem. This has been an ongoing problem for several years with the most recent contact with the latest DM in the past 3 weeks. I was told he would look into it and get back to me. I am a small business shut down for 15 months during COVID, struggled to survive and cannot afford to walk away from this. I have been purchasing products from this company since 2012. The address for my business on the invoice I am attaching has since changed to the address above.
