      Our Medical Provider placed order for Echocardiogram as a pre-procedural test for a resident in our LTC facility, this was five days prior to surgery. At time order was placed by Nursing Supervisor, October 31st, 2025, *********** stated the Echocardiogram would be completed in forty-eight hours. On November 3rd, the test had no yet been completed. A phone call was placed to TridentCare by our Nursing Supervisor and she was assured the Echocardiogram would be completed by end of day. It was not. On Nov 4th, phone call was placed to ***********, they refered me to ****, a salesperson for the company. Speaking to **** that morning at 0715, November 4th, **** stated he would place calls and work this out. By 1300 that day, no return call. Once again **** was called via phone, he said he had made no progress with getting TridentCare to perform this Echocardiogram by end of the day. Shortly after speaking to ****, a phone call came through from an "******" from TridentCare, she stated the test would be completed on Nov 5th, at 10am. Hardly would that work as the poor resident was scheduled for surgery at 0730 on Nov 5th. This company failed to provided services to our resident. This situation was handled so inappropriately and unprofessionally.
