    We called the company to fix our air conditioning system. They did nothing to it and instead tricked my senior citizen mother to sign a service contract afterwards we were told by them the same day the unit is no good and no repairs can be made. The service contract was told to her that it was for repairs. The unit shut completely down we called them back believing with the contract they would work on the unit instead the man told us nothing can be done and tried selling my mother an ****** new unit. We informed the company since they could not honor the contract and had to have the unit removed by another company we need the the service contract terminated. They said she has to pay them ****** cancellations fee. My mother should not have to pay them anything they deceptively tricked her into signing a contract for a system they knew was bad then could not honor the contract. She has already paid them fees for coming to the home
