    I bought a $150 gift card for my mother for mother's day. We scheduled a mobile detail for Friday May 24th, ***** from Why Not Us Detailing messaged me in the morning saying he would be late, I continued about my work day and when 2pm came I called my mom to see if he came for the appointment that was originally scheduled at 9:30am she stated he did not show up. I reached out to him and he said It was his daughter's birthday and she has an early dismissal. I stated that it doesn't matter if it's her birthday or not as a business owner he made an appointment and DID NOT keep it. My mom is 69 years old and waited all day for him to come and he was a no-show. He asked me if we wanted to reschedule or get a refund and I asked for a refund because any other day wouldn't have worked and his lack of communication as a business owner was uncalled for. He knew he already had the money and screwed me over. I've reached out to him NUMEROUS times and he has stated he will "send the money back via Cash app or venmo when the money hits" I've asked numerous times if he was actually going to send it and now he's saying that on the gift card it states there are no refunds. He's a scam artist and I would just like a refund back for the mobile detail I paid for my elderly mom that I never received. He doesn't deserve to run a business if he doesn't even have the funds to refund my money. It's cruel and unfair!
