            I purchased a 2017 *** ****** hybrid on 7-1-2022 and two days later the check engine light came on and other warnings. I texted the dealership salesman and he said it’s a holiday weekend bring it in Tuesday’s 7/5/2022. I did that. And they had my car all day and erased the service codes and told me nothings wrong. I called *** who did the original basic check/recalls in April 25, 2022 and they said that they should see it but can’t do anything if **** cleared the codes and so I left it because it had no codes anymore and waited for codes to come back. Then 7/15/22 this happened again so I brought it to **** 7/16/22 they read codes and told me it had to go to *** for the work. They can’t do anything for me. Then they made a deal with *** to take it to them and look at it, the manager then took the car to *** and refused to give *** my contact info but they luckily had it from when I called previously. When *** got my car the codes were erased from the system and they called **** who screamed at them that they need to do this NOW and make the codes come back. *** had to ask my permission to drive my car and attempt but **** still refused to give my info to them. **** then gave codes to *** that don’t exist in a *** system so now I’m stuck with this “loaner car” that **** gave me that sucks down gas and is filthy because the owner uses it for personal use, I have no answers for my car and was sold a lemon and they “got rid” of the car I traded barely a month ago. I want my car back or a car equal to the car I purchased that has no issues.

            Literally the most dishonest car dealer I’ve encountered in my life. (I’m 52 and have purchased at least 10 cars from dealers.) Unlike other dealers they won’t post prices on the internet, not to mention on the car itself. Even after expressing interest in a car, it’s impossible to get a printout for the car and anything even remotely like an actual price. It was surreal! And I feel sad for any customers hoodwinked by the false friendly smiles, who may believe that their own natural human decency is shared by these slithering snakes for salesmen. Good luck getting any type of firm financing offer - it’s obviously an independent profit center. Try getting a trade-in value for your car and being told it affects your financing rate? Typing of the paperwork is another profit center. Get this-you won’t even know what warranty comes on a Certified car, another opportunity to gauge their customers. Try just saying, “hey, cut it out” take your dealer markup but give me a price, it’s not gonna happen. Absolutely the worst!
