    Moss Acres accepted my order and charged my credit card in March 2025. They never sent the order. So far I've sent 8 emails and left 5 voicemails inquiring about my order. I still have not received my order, nor a refund. I will have to try to dispute the charge with my credit card company but it may be difficult because it's been such a long time since the order was placed. There are widespread reports of this exact situation with Moss Acres. It seems like it qualifies as fraud.

    I used to love the company. My first few orders when perfectly fine. But then I made another order and now 6 MONTHS later, I've not heard a single thing about the order after the immediate confirmation email. They even marked the order as completed but nothing ever showed up nor did I get a tracking number as they promised. I have tried to contact them several times through all methods of contact available.... I've not gotten a response once. When I had gotten previous orders I was very happy with the quality. However, it seems like a bit of a roll of the dice whether or not you actually get your order.

    I regret not reading these reviews before ordering from Moss Acres **********************************. They have not responded to ANY of my phone calls, voicemails, emails, chat messages (always shows "not seen"), or text messages.I am skeptical that I will ever receive my order. Planning to dispute the charge with my credit card company, showing proof I tried to contact them many times, with no response.

    *** has failed to ship the rest of our order since SEPTEMBER 2024. We have been gracious, through all of the excuses, promises, and confirmations of our order being shipped. ONE YEAR. He still has failed to do so. This business steals your money and will not deliver your product.

    Placed order, money was taken from my credit card immediately. Got an order confirmation, but never any shipment info. Two months later and three inquiries, I only got one answer: that their airco was broken and they were behind schedule. I have started a procedure by my credit card company to claim my money back. Absolute s*** show...

    Ordered over two months ago. Reached out multiple times, received one reply saying there was an A/C issue at their warehouse, and then no response since then. Charged me for my order and that's it. Do not order from this company, very shady.
