BUYER SHALL HAVE 48 HOURS FROM RECEIPT OF THE VEHICLE TO REQUEST A RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. NO REQUEST FOR RETURNS AFTER 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT WILL BE HONORED. Please be advised that no oral statements concerning any vehicle constitute a representation or warranty of the condition of said vehicle. Customer has 48 hours from the time they receive the vehicle to notify us if a return or exchange is requested…Absolutely, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE after 48 hours of receipt. We will only exchange your vehicle for a vehicle of equal or greater value. In the event that any vehicle is returned for any reason, Buyer is fully responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements to return the vehicle to Seller. The vehicle must be received by Seller within 7 days of delivery in the same condition as when delivered with no more than 25 miles of use. Vehicle’s custom built or modified to customer's specifications are excluded. Out of the country sales are excluded from buy back or returns. Any vehicle that is to be returned shall not be dismantled, disassembled and/or altered by the customer in any way. Even if customer so much as removes one screw from the vehicle that is considered to be dismantling, disassembling and / or altering the vehicle. If customer does dismantle the vehicle being returned, or puts in excess of 25 miles on the vehicle, the vehicle will be considered “Non Returnable” and no exchange will be authorized. Seller reserves the right to accept, or deny, any returns based on our inspection review. Any returned vehicle shall be subject to an inspection review before any exchange or purchase will be granted. - Other Resources
