Don't get season passes, it automatically renews. The problem is when you cancel the auto renewal it still takes money. Call and they say they can't refund the money that was taken out. So you would think it would be canceled, nope they charge you again the next month and you call again and they say they can't refund it it again. So I'm out $144. now even though I canceled. Never will go to Hershey Park ever again.Review from Louis C

I was very disappointed, each year on my wife birthday, I plan a spa package, she was excited but her excitement with to tears because a day before her appt at 6PM she received a call canceling her treatment. She had already taken off work just for this appt. I wanted her to have the Hershey MeltSpa experience. I ask about a discount for the inconvenience or something since she should took off for this appt and it was her birthday. The answer was no. So we reschedule for June but after much thought we felt the experience was ruined! In the end we just cancelled, we felt Hershey Melt Spa experience was a disappointment ! Just to note they charge you 50% of your booking for cancellation with in 24 hours or reschedule. Sounds funny we were only given 15 hours and lost vacation day!

I purchased 2 packages each containing 3 peanut butter cups and one large peanut butter bar, all of which had a horrific moldy taste which I still cannot get over. I contacted Hershey's who told me that it was very odd; they also told me that they sent me a coupon. I told them that the coupon would be of no use to me because I do not enter any stores as I am immuno-compromised. And, you think that I have any desire for their peanut butter products? Heck no!! The only way a company could restore a customer's faith in one of their products is to send out their freshest batch to the customer, not a few coupons to shut them up. Needless to say, no more peanut butter products from Hershey's for me! I decided to move onto better quality chocolate to satisfy my desire.Review from Tammy L

I purchased an XL Hershey bar with almonds and broke it apart to find a stringy material in the bar. At first, I thought is was mold because of the almonds but the white material was stringy. I have pictures of the bar with the white stringy item in it. I have enjoyed Hershey products for years and this is the only time I have encountered a disgusting issue.
